Casino refusing my withdrawal because I haven't wagered enough money?

I don't do alot of gambling but whenever I join a new site I always make a small (£20-£30) deposit, play for about 15 minutes on low-stake games and then withdraw, so I can get a feel for the site, their games and see how well they handle transactions, verification etc.  I've done this probably 20 or more times and never had a problem.

 

I joined ComeOn Casino yesterday, did my usual thing and withdrew £20.  Now they've emailed me saying they rejected my withdrawal because I haven't spent enough money....

Is this nonsense or what?    How is this a part of their gambling license, and they even allowed to do this?

 

Yeah, I get this is only very small amounts, and I could just play (and probably lose) some more but that's not the point.

Well at ComeOn you need to playthrough your deposit 1x - How much did you deposit and how soon to depositing did you try to withdraw?

 

It's not nonscence - You'll find it in their terms and conditions somewhere but basically you just need to playthrough some more of your deposit before you can withdraw. And since you said you only deposit small amounts I'd imagine you're almost through it all? Presuming you didn't take a bonus?

I closed my comeon casino account anling time go. I smelled these guys out a while ago.

IMO They’re by no means a dodgy operator but last time I checked they were a Netent only casino and had pretty rubbish bonus terms of 70 wagering.

 

Unless the OP comes back and say he was asked to play his deposit x2 or above

It depends, you need to play your deposit x1 up to x5 in order to withdraw. Kingbilly requires x 3, Casino Adrenaline requires x5 I think and videoslots requires x1.
