Warning: Ignition Casino - Can I write a review about it?

Ignition casino seems to not showup when I search it on Askgambler. However a few posts about it show up but thats it. I want to write a review about it on here.

Ignition bought Bovada. Ignitions casino and poker is way bigger and wellknown than most any other gaming site so just weird its not available to review. Maybe im looking in the wrong place.

When im able to write my review. It will get 0 stars or 1 if Im required to put at least one.

There software is not fair. If anyone has played blackjack there you will know wjat im talking about.

Their support is terrible. If you have an issue they just read from a script and tell you the same thing over and over.

They advertise "Big wins" on their main page when you logon. And there all made up. They dont award jackpots to anyone. There just first names like "Janet won $34,678" playing some slot game that dosent even have a progressive.

If you are awarded a bonus upon depositing you are required certain playthrough requirements depending on which bonus you used. The bonus has to be cleared before you are able to withdraw. You will notice that its setup in the software to barely stay ahead while gaming sometimes you can be up quite a bit. But as soon as the bonus is almost cleared, or cleared you will start losing everything with the most ridiculous odds. They are cheats. Dont play here.

If you want to play online blackjack and looking for the most fair game you need to find a live dealer casino. With video streaming. Anything else and your throwing away your money.

Just because any site tells you they have a certificate or use a certain RNG provider just means at some point they might have. It does not mean that they are unable to change their gaming coding to favor them. They just tell you this to comfort you thinking you have a chance of winning. But the response will always be "its completely fair you must have just had an unlucky day".

Stay away from Ignition, Bovada, Cafe Casino and any other casino who is using this software setup.

Hello there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Keep in mind I have just edited the title of your forum topic so that it makes a better sense.

As for your question, nope, you are not able to leave a review about this operator simply because it's not duly reviewed and presented in our Casino Database. For operators which were not presented yet you are free to discuss here at the forum, something you have apparently done already. :)

Let me know in case you need further assistance.

I don't understand how one of the biggest most popular online casinos and poker clients is not "Reviewed and Presented" in your casino database. What does that really even mean by the way?it's older than tons of sites that are available to talk about. Just seems kind of fishy. Although I'm sure sites that generate that much money can pay other sites to not review them or something along those lines. Not saying they pay askgamblers. Just saying someones being paid so their bad press dosent get to well known about.

It's also very funny how multiple sites that do casino reviews and tell people about the games and bonuses....say nothing but great things about ignition. Like they are copying and pasting a script that ignition gives to them. They post it and give them like 4.5 and 5 star ratings. It's sad that the people we look to trust to find legitimate reviews can't even tell the truth. Then again it's probably someone that works for their company or the Lynton Limited on the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Since IgnitionCasino, Cafecasino and Slots dot lv are all the same. And they all have great reviews on any online casino review search you do.

Will there ever be a company to come out that makes a legitimate online casino? If someone did it right and made it well they could take over the whole market. Just don't understand why it hasn't been done yet.

Hang on hang on...Am I reading your post right here...

You're trying to tell us that Ignition Casino is one of the biggest and most popular online casinos?   Surely I'm mis-understanding what you mean here, right?

No need from any conspiracy theories as the reality is much simpler actually...

We never deemed necessary reviewing and presenting Ignition which you consider to be

one of the biggest most popular online casinos and poker clients

simply because they are operated by the same group which stands behind Bovada - a brand which we have already blacklisted.

Hope the above clarifies the situation.

I get that. But there's a lot of new players introduced to online gambling every day. Not everyone will know that. And ignition is a live site. So if new gamblers stumble upon this site and dont see a review for ignition they may think its safe.

Its still pretty weird that Ignition is being hidden from the truth. They need to be exsposed. Not doing so is just helping them steal more and more money from people who are unaware.

And this is exactly what you are doing here with this particular forum topic and posts.

No its not. This is a question about why there's no official review for ignition casino on here. And a few small complaints of my own. This thread isnt where someone should have to get a "full review" of their casino and poker client.

Cocopop3011 i was just curious about why the full review was missing. But to me it seems to be missing because someone dosent want it to be seem.

As Valdes already mentioned we've already blacklisted Bovado casino which is owned by the same group so we wouldn't allow our members to be able to sign up to Ignition Casino on that basis too.

I was just a little confused as you initially seem to have issues with the casino but then went on to say it's one of the most popular casinos when in reality we all know that isn't true, right?

I think Valdes also mentioned above that you are free to leave any comments about the casino here in the forum. Any members who did look to research Ignition in the search engine will still stumble across this forum post and can still read your comments.

  • 3 weeks later...

I am a regular player at Ignition Casino, and since the start of 2018 something seems off with the slots and I actually asked on live chat about who regulates them and about the validation of their RNG in accordance with the RTP, which are no where to be found anywhere. Here were Ignition's responses:

Something is fishy here with those answers. Look Ignition does feature a nice variety of fun games, but they feel very controlled for reasons I do not want to bore you with because it will take to long.

Regarding Ignition's "RECENT WINNERS" listed, there is no date or time there HUGE wins took place so they do seem like BS. Always thought that.

The above is something to be concerned about, correct??

Your 'About Me' in your profile has been deleted due to the use of external links! Nice try though :p  Not much gets passed us though dear

So what is AskGamblers going to do about Ignition Casino review? I live In USA but I trust your website for reviews, and Ignition is not playing by the rules. PLEASE PLEASE give it an official review.

I think it's already been explained in earlier posts the reasons why we don't have this casino in our directory and as far as I am aware there is no future plans to add this brand!

JUST SOME NEW INFORMATION:

I just learned today that Ignition Casino is no longer getting the games RNG certified and tested by iTech Labs or any third party.

When I went onto Ignition today, I noticed that the link to iTech Lab certificate was gone and replaced by this statement (please see attachment):

"
How are casino game odds determined at Ignition Casino?

We value and uphold fairness at Ignition Casino, which is why our website is supported by an impartial third party (iTech Labs) to maintain the reliability and integrity of our games. In fact, a pseudo Random Number Generator (pRNG) selects the winners randomly.

So I went on Ignition's chat and inquired where was the link to the iTech Labs certificate. iTech Labs requires any online casino to have a link to their certificate as a requirement for it to be legitimate.

Please see the chat reps responses (apologize for the crazy pics but they do not allow chat history to be sent):

Just another reason why we wouldn't we add them!

I know ASK GAMBLERS doesn't allow US players to sign up for online casinos via your website....but do you help players with disputes???

I played the last 3-months at Ignition Casino under false pretenses. I am a platinum player, who regularly played for months prior to 2018. I asked chat a million times about the RNG certificate and they lied over and over again. I feel like I was scammed by Ignition. Right now, I am awaiting a call from their dispute department as they said they might compensate some of my losses, but that was this morning and have not hear from them still. If Ignition is legit as they claim, they should give me half of my losses back for the last 3-months, as they still are up thousands on me for the year and it is just ethically the right thing to do.

why would you want AG to help with a dispute when you’ve just submitted one via another forum? Let that run it’s course.

I am so upset by this whole thing so trying to make sure I put the heat on.....and how did you know that I submitted on another forum already???

Despite how sympathetic I feel towards your terrifying experience with Ignition, please try to understand the fact that we have our rules and procedures which we have to follow. And the procedures are crystal clear by saying:

- you cannot leave a review on any operator which has not been reviewed and presented on our website yet;

- the same goes to AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service/ which would not allow you to submit a complaint against any operator which has not been reviewed and presented on our website yet.

Sorry, but this is it and we cannot change that. For what is worth, you should know that this forum is among the most popular gambling related ones over internet and this particular forum topic will be read by hundreds, maybe even thousands of players nonetheless. Meaning, your message and warnings towards Ignition will reach a lot of players.

They'll certainly see it because as soon as they type in Ignition in the search box they'll see the forum thread. In fact I've just edited your tite slightly.

But if you type in "Ignition" into the search engine above now you'll see three different threads (none are good) so don't worry about people not being warned about this place.
