Hi and welcome to the forum aaebingo Well it really depends on the reason why they closed your account, my actions would depend on that reason. aaebingo
I opened my account made quiet a few deposits and sent off verification documents. It seemed to be taking ages to get dealt with so i googled their usual time for doing so. This then brought to light that they are a sister site to two casinos i have self excluded from (which has since been confirmed was done on 19-11-17 by both of the casinos). As soon as i found out i informed spinstation which i felt was the right thing to do but in the mean time i had been verified so all was well. I went to log back on and i couldnt. I spoke to live chat who said "my account has been passed to accounts following my self exclusion request", i informed them that i had made no such request just informed them of my findings but was told all was fine. Now THEY have excluded me with no reason given and will not refund my deposits but claim they have done nothing wrong. Sorry if it doesn't make sense, I've tried to explain this crazy situation to the best of my ability.

Sorry if it doesn't make sense, I've tried to explain this crazy situation to the best of my ability. SpinStation casino is a part of White Hat Gaming casino group or Caddell Limited. This particular company runs over a dozen casinos, if you have requested a self exclusion at one or more of their sisters casino, you are automatically self excluded from all White Hat Gaming casinos. I am afraid this is a lost cause, many players made the same mistake, never and I mean, never request a self exclusion. If you don't want to play at any casino ever again, just close your account or let it be as it is. Self exclusion is in my opinion, something that does not have any use than give the players a massive head ache, There are over 1000 online casinos and self exclusion on 1 of them won't stop you from playing, as you can see right now
aaebingo
This is the point im at with this, i feel that i shouldn't of been able to even open an account (even used the same username and email as used with sister sites) let alone be verified by them. I feel they have made a number of errors by not ensuring my self exclusion was dealt with appropriately back in november therefore allowing me to unknowingly open and spend in a casino they would most defiantly not allow me to withdrawl from. I brought it to their attention and feel victimized by the whole sinario. With the evidence i have do you think contacting my bank about this? As far as im concerned they've allowed me to spend money under false pretenses.

Unfortunately for us there aren't. Playing at White Hat Gaming casinos required a lot of reading. Certain deposit methodes are not eligible for their welcome offers but they do not have bonus block, so if you are new to them and didn't read the full terms of their bonuses, the odd is great of you to take the bonus using the excluded deposit methode and they will confiscate the winnings. Personally I think White Hat Gaming could prevent something like these from happening but apparently they chose not to. If you are not agree with their decision regarding the self exclusion issue, you can always file a complaint against them, via Askgamblers or straight to MGA. Provide all the evidence/screenshots. Good luck
pinnit2015
Valdes will confirm but I thought it was part of their licensing conditions that these deposits should be returned.
aaebingo
Thats what i thought but they are point blank refusing to listen. I cant believe they even verified my account too without it flagging up. They only knew of it when i contacted them to check it was still ok to play. Low and behold i got told i could then my account was locked. Feeling very foolish at the monent
pinnit2015
Won’t go into it in detail but SE continues to remain an issue. I can see the casinos view in terms of free rolling players etc Anyway, submit a complain here and see how it goes Every matrix adopted the view of ‘no refunds’ years ago but backed down. Check the 888 ruling as well- poor SE practices. They have a UK licence so I believe it applies aaebingo
pinnit2015
If they roll out the central database in the UK then one SE will apply to all possibly with a UK licence Course you could still play at a rogue with no licence so that’ll always exist. A thorough check across their Responsible Gaming rules and policies is revealing a situation where you have absolutely no chance to claim any of your lost deposits back. Below you'll find my reasons to say that: https://prnt.sc/icd1yp In short, not knowing SpinStation was part of a certain casino group and/or operating under certain licence used by other casinos is NOT a valid excuse. And despite being sympathetic to your cause and totally understanding your frustration giving the circumstances, you have no legitimate argument to claim any refunds.
