bruthus
Hello everyone!I'm new here to askgamblers...Actually I was always browsing your reviews, but first time with an account.So... I created an account on this casino, CasinoMAX.Got some free spins on registrantion (no deposit bonus).Won some cash... Had a really nice run... And now I sit with $600, ready to cash out.Since my winings are from a no deposit bonus, I can only cash out $200. But first I need to deposit $35. (I'm willing to withdraw via bitcoin)Does anyone knows this casino? Their customer service is really good... They are always there to answer your questions. But I just want to have some other players opinions about this casino withdraws.I'm not from USA and my currency is not USD, so I can't just try my luck with $35 and see what happens. That's all.I'm new to online casinos, so having some players feedback would be awesome! Thanks! cocopop3011 and Fiekie247
cocopop3011
Hi and welcome to the forum. I've never played at this casino but if I'm right they're licensed in Curacao, right? I've also never withdrew in bitcoin so I can't really help with that. It's pretty standard to have to make a deposit to withdraw if the winnings are from a free bonus which and if you've never deposited there. Is your account verified yet? Have you sent in your documents? If this was me and this is just my opinion I'd ask to verify my account first it reduces the problems you could face (not that I'm saying there will be just IF) when withdrawing, But hopefully someone who has played there can come along before you make a decision on what to do. bruthus

Thanks! Hi Bruthus and Welcome to AskGamblers I have played here and I can confirm they are trust worthy (According to me)... I know someone personally who works there and I can take it up with her if things goes side ways for you. So make the deposit and withdraw, you should not have any issues. I think the deposit is just a security verification of the account you withdrawing to. The only thing I still hate about them is the limited banking options for deposit and withdrawals. They were in process of implementing e-wallets. Not sure how if its implemented yet, because I have not played there in the past 3 months. Let us know the outcome. cocopop3011 and bruthus
Afi4wins
Yeah...I have played at CasinoMax too, about 2 months or so ago...and quite enjoyed the play there. Haven't played at any RTG casino for many years, so that was a delightful and refreshing experience for me. However, I couldn't make any deposit at that point in time because Neteller was not available as yet...still in the pipeline, I was told...but I wonder if this pipeline stretches from the East end of the world to the West end of the world...because it still is not available as yet. God knows when. Hahaha. Fiekie247 and bruthus

pinnit2015
You tend to find that casinos with good reps are...err, good. CasinoMax has Karolina as theirs (from the old Club World Casinos, before they imploded) so unless you flout any rules, you'll be fine with those guys. CasinoMax has Karolina as theirs (from the old Club World Casinos, before they imploded) so unless you flout any rules, you'll be fine with those guys. Well.. I guess I was against their rules... On my registration, I forgot to add my house number (they didn't ask for it). So I just wrote my street name. Every information they asked on registration i gave to them. For account verification I sent my ID, then they asked for my passport, i sent it. Then I sent 2 utility bills. Now I receive an email saiyng my bonus was removed from my account since I didn't write my full adress... I have accounts on some casinos, and if they don't ask specifically for my house number, I sometimes forget to add it. I had a no deposit bonus on Trada Casino... Forget to add my house number on my registration (just like I did on CasinoMAX), but it wasn't a problem. My account was fully verified and I could just cashout my bonus and keep playing. And that's the end of my story with CasinoMAX.
bruthus
Anyone had this kind of situation before? Funny thing is that they said I could stay and play with my deposit and receive a welcome bonus. I asked about my 'wrong' address info. They said that with my documents they could add my house number to my account info. After this episode I don't want to play there anymore, so I asked for a withdraw. They told me it will take 2 days to process that. 2 days for a bitcoin withdraw? Well... There's nothing I can do about it..
miami5th
Is there a complaint page for Casino Max? I couldn't find one. I have a problem with them claiming a bitcoin transfer never took place....despite me providing them with numerous screenshots showing the transaction was confirmed over 600 times and the bitcoin still exists in the address they requested I send the funds to. CasinoMax keeps saying the funds were never received even though I provide them with reports showing it was successful! I don't know what to do here. CasinoMax says the funds never hit their wallet. I try to talk to my wallet provider and they say the funds were sent and reference the reports/screenshots below. There's no reversing a bitcoin transaction and this Casino insists they don't have the bitcoin. What should I do? EDIT - wouldn't let me post the PNG screenshots

I don't know much about bitcoin and how it works but we do have members here that do so you can just wait for some replies I'm sure they'll be able to assist further... There's no reversing a bitcoin transaction and this Casino insists they don't have the bitcoin. What should I do? EDIT - wouldn't let me post the PNG screenshots Now this is yet another NEW problematic issue regarding the use of Bitcoin! How is it possible that the casino is saying that they haven't received the Bitcoin payment, even though it was clearly confirmed by the wallet provider? Can't the wallet provider claim the payment back from the casino? Can't the wallet provider do something for you to get those funds back? If this transaction was using Neteller or Skrill, for example, they would certainly take this issue into their hands and do a proper investigation. They need to confirm if the casino really didn't receive the funds, or that the transaction had been intercepted by a hacker and the funds sent to another address! Anyway...Bitcoin users should take a very serious note of this! All the hype and lies told that Bitcoin/Blockchain transactions cannot be hacked or intercepted - to me, this is just one of the many lies about cryptocurrencies now coming to the surface! In fact, I read last week that a few other wallet providers had been hacked into and users coins (not Bitcoin) stolen - but everything was kept hush hush!!! Bitcoin wallets may be lucky so far...but for how long???
Afi4wins
Sorry Miami5th...but where Bitcoin is concerned, there is ABSOLUTELY NO CONSUMER PROTECTION for its users...neither can any law-enforcing authority intervene with any cases concerning cryptocurrencies - because cryptocurrencies are not governed by any law! Cryptocurrency users have been warned about this lack of any consumer protection for its users, so the risk is all on the users themselves. When a cryptocurrency is lost...in one way or another...it simply cannot be recovered, reimbursed or be claimed back...so it may be that your Bitcoin payment is lost forever! I may be wrong, but I doubt it!
NoWithdrawal
I too got scammed. When Casinomax asked for the second set of info plus a deposit I knew this was a scam. I can not withdrawal my $500. I guess I will play it out. That spells agreement with their business model. Fiekie247

Fiekie247: Do you still know someone who works at CasinoMax? I've been trying to get a withdrawal processed for a month against a verified account. The only two methods for withdrawal are wire transfer or check. The wire transfer (my preferred option) requires a SWIFT code, which my bank doesn't have (I'm American), and the only US banks with SWIFT codes are those who buy and sell foreign currencies). I got a check in the mail from them (after weeks) from TD Canada Trust, but the routing number on it was a Canadian format that American banks don't process, so my bank sent a direct collection request to TD Canada Trust, along with the check, paperwork, my signature, and a fee I had to pay, and TD Canada Trust sent the check back to my American bank as unpayable. CasinoMax support wasn't very helpful today; denied any problem on their side, and put me off to the cashier team when they return next Tuesday. They'll take my money easily, with many options for deposit, but getting money back out of them is apparently impossible.

Shelix
Doesn't look like Fiekie has seen this message - are you still having issues? Not any more. Long story short: The Canadian bank account that CasinoMax issues checks to Americans from is flagged by a US government organization (OFAC) as having ties to an Iranian terrorist. Whether that is credible or just the continued draconian overreach of my government...who knows. I was able to successfully get a wire transfer processed, which came from a different bank and different account. I've also suggested to CasinoMax that if they allow checks to be issued to Americans, they should rotate banks, bank accounts, and business names to stay ahead of OFAC. My primary reason for testing out CasinoMax was because I'm the lead moderator for the gambling reddit, and the main question we get is from Americans looking for a safe online casino - and to date, I've refused to endorse or allow a casino to be endorsed. Having personally vetted CasinoMax, I'll green light them as a trusted casino for Americans.
