Raging Bull casino: bonus issue

Raging bull casinos are <REMOVED>  I had $1000 in bonus balance and it just disappeared, the raging bull phone number is disconnected and no reply to numerous emails. Don't join raging bull casinos they are <REMOVED>.

Your post was in violation of our terms so I have removed some parts, we don't allow such accusations without uploaded proof. However, I have allowed your post since I know this particular casino is struggling, you only have to look at their complaint history with us to see that.

 

When you say it just disappeared you mean you logged in and it was no longer in your account? Did the bonus have an expiry date by any chance?

Raging Bull had a good reputation but since they've been bought by a company that runs 'rogue' casinos, Raging Bull became as you expect, infected.

 

Actually, Raging Bull has already been on the 'rogue path' long before being acquired by the new owners... 

 

And looking at their recent AGCCS history nothing changed for the better unfortunately. :(

Regarding Raging Bull Casino, I made a withdrawal request on 9/10/17 & on the 10/10/17, I received an email instructing me on what documents I needed to send in. I did everything that was required of me that same day. It has now been 17 days & I haven't heard a word. I've sent numerous emails - no response. I've  rung the toll free number it's been disconnected. I've been on live chat 4 nights in a row & every time I'm told that it won't be too much longer. I keep getting told my documents are being processed?????? But if I look at my account it says bank wire rejected?  Nobody can actually tell me what the ***** is going on, very frustrating!
