They have 1981 games from over 20 gaming providers, that's a bunch of gaming providers. Well, in my review I said that their withdrawal time frame was too long in my opinion. Last friday I made a small deposit there to check their latest slots or slots that other casinos do not have. To my surprise I got lucky, that happened quite often when I make a small deposit. So that evening I requested a withdrawal and since the finance department doesn't work on weekends I had no other choice than to wait till monday (today). Guess what? It's still pending...pending and pending. Call me impatient but they can't be that busy with right? I refused to cancel my withdrawal and therefore I locked it so I cannot reverse it.

Maybe those melons are way too big for the Slots...so they cannot move fast but to snaaaaaail !!!

I've found them to be ok - the lock facility means that have no motive to delay for example.

 

They have had issues with payment providers - eg. Can't withdraw to card but can via Trustly...weird.

 

All in all i would say that, when using Trustly, the money has been in my bank within 30hrs of request, which isn't bad.

 

What i have noticed is that the processing period varies a lot - sometimes its been 2 hrs, sometimes 24 plus

Having said that, my quick withdrawals were prior to them suffering a DDOS attack and also maybe jumping a bit too quickly into the UK market (we only have 298 games here for example, or something stupid). So maybe still coping with all that - having said that I'd have expected it to be processed by now

I requested a withdrawal to my Skrill account, that should be done within hours, it has been more than 24 hours since my request, excluding the weekend. They are too slow, I wasn't planning of playing there anymore because of the same reason but some players said that they processed withdrawals within hours so I gave them another try, still disappointed.

Slotsmillion has been delaying with payments the past few weeks, at times their website was down as well.

 

At one occasion i got my withdrawal within 3 hours and sometimes 24 - 48 hours. Not sure what is happening there.

 

But do not worry - I believe your money is safe and you will get it.

I do like them but i won't play until they can cope with the games - there's so much lag.

 

But unlike some other sites (VS/Betsafe), they throw in regular decent bonus offers. 

 

As Fiekie said, the times are all over the place at the moment but i'v never went 48hrs or more until payments received.

 

Having said that the servers at VS are getting a real hammering as well

So today is now a week Monday you've been waiting? Have you asked them what the hold up is? Well done for taking the steps to lock it. Have you verified ?

Well that is the thing with Slotsmillion - You do not need to take steps to lock it, as soon as you withdraw , it locks immediately,  you cannot unlock it afterwards

 

Wait - Maybe they give the option to lock it? Cant remember, but I made once a withdrawal and it locked automatically if I was not mistaken.

It's the same as Rizk, you need to lock it yourself.
