PM'ing Casino

Hi,

 

I'm maybe missing something simple but....i've been asked, following a review, to send my user name to the casino but i can't see a way of how to do this?

 

No you're not missing something dear.

 

Can you tell me which casino this is for please? (I'm just offer to bed dear but I'll pick up with this thread tomorrow for you)

You cant

 

On numerous occasions I have asked Valdes how to get in touch with the casino manager who responds to the reviews and He did manage to talk to the on behalf of me though, but just a once time favour.

It was 10 bet....reviewed ages ago!

 

Offer some good deposit bonus's (ppl know i like the odd bonus!) - only reason they see the odd pound from me  ;)

Some of the Casino Managers here cannot be PMed, so the only way to communicate with them is to write an email to the casino Support Team and request them to forward the email to the right person. It has worked for me many times...and got those free spins or bonuses as promised.  ^_^

Done...but casino support have come back with an inane response!  :angry:

 

So i guess i keep my additional feedback to myself  :D (and have to deposit instead of a free chip!)

What kind of response did they give?

"Go find him/her yourself"...

"we don't have such person here"...

"never heard that name before"...

or something like..."we're not the post office"...  :lol:

 

Whatever it is...must be a crazy casino with that kind of support team! Best to keep away!  :D

Hey mate, 

 

Currently, there are three ways to get in touch with the relevant casino rep who's been interested in the feedback you left on AG:

 

1/ Check if the casino is having a rep listed within this particular forum topic -  Casino Representatives List (Updated regularly) If so, all you need to do is using our forum PM system to get in touch. 

 

2/ If casino is not having a listed casino rep then feel free to send me or Sharon a PM and we'll do our best to find a way to connect you with the right casino guy and/or team. 

 

3/ You may also consider using Afi's suggestion and write to the casino support directly. Providing direct link to the relevant review/complaint on AG helps a lot and makes it easier for the casino support team to handle and forward your request to the right team or person faster.
