So basically they do not have to have a term in place to say that after wagering max bet rule still applies?

I would say terms like 'before' and 'after' are in fact irrelevant in this particular case.. What matters here is IF there is a bonus attached to the playing balance and IF the amount of the bonus is lower than the amount of the current deposit in play. From there you have two scenarios:

 

A/ Bonus amount > deposit amount ---> applies the 30% of deposit max bet rule

 

B/ Bonus amount applies the 30% of bonus max bet rule

 

The above applies for the entire session regardless the fact whether bonus wagering requirements have been met or not.

How do you come to the conclusion that 30% only applies to the bonus if the bonus is less than the deposit? Why does it not apply the 30 max bet to the bonus if the bonus is greater than the deposit?
