Fine Prints...There's Nothing Fine About Them.

Recommended Posts

LuckyStar.io, Space Lilly and AUslots are in my opinion, the best new comers and they always have nice reload offers for their players. Every week, they're offering a reload bonus up to 30% plus a nice set of wager-free spins.

Well, a couple days ago, I saw a nice reload offer from Space Lilly casino. They offered a 30% deposit bonus plus 30 spins. I deposited the required amount for the bonus and got lucky. in the end I requested a withdrawal of €250...24 hours later I received an email from them that they done checking my withdrawal request and returned it back to my account minus €50 because I exceeded the max withdrawal amount (€200) from a reload bonus.

I searched their t&c's page and there it was. Max withdrawal allowed from a reload bonus is 10x original deposit. Well, I know they just want to protect their company by doing this but now I know about this, I don't think I'll play there anymore. This rule reminds me of a casino group that I really dislike, they have the same rule of 10x original deposit max cashout.

I guess I'll have to remove those three from my favorite casinos list.

What a shame, what a shame.

Any casino that caps the winnings should, IMHO, be never recommended. You as the player still bear all the risk, whilst they limit theirs - no chance.

Same for those who have 48hr pending periods with no option to manually flush/lock.

Hence why my 15 casinos is now down to 5  :p

Awful isn't it? But eh, they do what they have to do but then again, I do what I have to do when they doing what they do, that's the only think I can do. There's so much do do in this subject, it stinks! :D

But you did win and got your 200 EUR right? That's 180 EUR free money right? And the free spins were wager-free right?  :p

Hmmm...I'm not complaining at all about LuckyStar and Space Lilly...as long as the free spins are wager free...but I do dislike that they don't have my current favourite game to play on...and that irks me. Otherwise, I'm happy enough to take up those wager-free free spins, despite that 10x withdrawal limit.

When the time comes when I do win big and cannot withdraw the whole amount, then I'll start roaring too! Hahaha.  :D

Well Afi, the thing is...This time it was €50 that I lost but what if I won €2000 or even bigger? Capped cashout on deposit bonus is just plain stupid if you ask me.

You don't see those kinda rules at top notch casinos. For example, BitCasino.io offered me a free €10 and I withdrew about €1000 from it and that didn't cost me a penny, no deposit needed.

I'm glad you're happy with them though :)

Am I happy with their Bonus Terms?

Heck no! I only wanted to try out those no-wager free spins, because I am restricted from getting them anywhere else!

And I only took their 50% Reload Bonus plus 75 free spins offer once, never those useless 20% and 30% Reload Bonuses.  :p

But of course, if I were to be as lucky as you and win 1000 EUR, for example, then I would certainly get furious too. The fact is, I only play with big bets when I know there are no caps being imposed...like at my favourite Asian casinos.  ;)

Urgh!! Max cashouts are by far one of the most unattractive terms in any bonus!!

So, did their welcome bonus not have a max cashout then? Just their reloads?

The terms are apply to all deposit bonuses including the welcome package.

Their reload bonuses can be claimed daily, that's probably why the caps but then again, I have claimed those bonuses at least 10 times and only this time I managed to clear the wagering. I was happy knowing that I got all my deposit money back but instead, I'm still on the down side.

But eh, just like you, I still have my favorite casinos to play at, with no cashout restrictions. Like EuroCasino, the €40 they gave me? only 10x wagering and managed to cashout from it :D

Well mate, I do find such casinos that have withdrawal limitations and caps on bonuses/free spins winnings simply not worth playing at regularly. I may play them once, maybe twice, just for trying out sake, but from there on, no more takes.

But then again, at times, I just simply CANNOT resist those no-wager free spins offer! Hahahaha.

Well, you know what they say...nothing comes for free! If you want no-wager free spins, then there must be some restrictions imposed upon them - to balance out the risks. No limitations and no caps on no-wager free spins and bonuses may eventually mean no casino! Hahaha.

You must be kiddin, right? :p

There are plenty casinos offering wager-free free spins without caps. In case you don't know :p , Thrills casino, SuperLenny, Rizk, Kaboo casino and plenty others. But then again, you might not allowed to play there, so I understand your point of view ;)

Some players could find this as a rather drastic action, but personally, this is exactly what I would do in this situation. Setting any kind and type of restrictions on using bonuses is definitely NOT a good idea and puts the casino in my ''gambling freezer'' immediately.

Sometimes you need to take a drastic action in order to prevent future frustrations, I protect myself by doing so. I did like these casinos but knowing about this rule, I don't think they like me back :D

Yep...that is exactly the point mate...I am restricted from all of those casinos!  :(
