I agree with the above couple of comments I just hope it's genuine and we all get our refunds. I asked them what sites I had used but they didn't answer just said my refund is on its way

I've sent a few already, sent my details yesterday then another email today asking them to verify if they've received them, but nothing back as yet, guess I'll wait till Monday now and see if I hear anything

That's brilliant news hopefully mine will be in by the end of the week, I was told upto 5 business days, how long did yours take from when they processed it?

I got a email in Wednesday saying it had been processed and it could take 5 7 business days checked this morning and it was there hopefully yourse will be soon

Thank you I hope so too, I received the email on Saturday saying it had been processed and to allow the 5 days so maybe Thursday or Friday, did they pay the amount stated in the email or were you not informed how much you were getting?

Thank you sorry for the questions I haven't got overly excited about it all as I wasn't sure it was genuine but now you have received your payment I'm quite excited as I'm due a large amount which couldn't come at a better time!

Hi all, 

 

Have just been officially confirmed by 888 Casino representative that the emails we are discussing here are genuine and as correctly suggested and explained at the beginning of this particular forum thread, these have been sent as a direct consequence of Cassava Enterprises reviewing their self exclusion policies and procedures and refunding all affected players. 

 

I know Christmas is still far away, but Merry Refund Christmas to you all. :D

That's good news then, still haven't had a reply from them to any of my emails, did everyone here receive an automated one when they send them the info? I didn't even get one of those!

I've had a reply after sending the details they asked for. They said payment is processing and will take up to 7 days.

Looks like this could be our lucky month.

Yep I think it is, once payments start getting processed it be nice to see some happy players and the casino will get a big thumbs up too.

Yes I had an email saying payment has been processed I was a bit disappointed as it was only £84 I joined alot of there casinos I'm pretty sure it should be more as I self excluded from the very first one I joined 888 , I asked them to confirm but nevertheless I'm £84 better off than last week so happy days

 

£84 is £84 - better than the position you was in before they offered it, right?

I've just received anither email this time from diva bingo about the withdrawal with different information than I have previously been given, has anyone else had this?
