I was surfing around and Tangiers offered me 500% deposit bonus plus 100% cash back on the deposit so I couldn't lose. I ended up playing through the required amount and had $20,000 left to withdraw. I verified myself and they pretend they have a VIP sector and because mine isn't high enough they can only pay out $500 a week to me. They are a nightmare to deal with. The first 2 $500 withdrawals came through and since then they have "randomly" picked my account to do a thorough verification process that they can only do twice a year on any one account and the process takes 7 Days. So after the 7th day I went in to see if the money had been processed, as I refuse to spin even 1 more with this disgraceful casino, and my account was locked. So I asked why and they said I need to send an email to security. You can talk to them with live chat help but they have no idea and just refer you to an email. They take on average 3 days to reply to a email and it's usually a smart arse comment saying they need more information.

 

I recommend to stay as far away from them as possible and I am going to do my best to destroy any reputation they might have been hoping for. DISGRACE "WARNING!!!!!! DO NOT PLAY WITH TANGIERS"

My advice is to have the documents on your account as soon as you deposit, this way your withdrawal option will always be enabled.
