Hi there, I was surfing around and Tangiers offered me 500% deposit bonus plus 100% cash back on the deposit so I couldn't lose. I ended up playing through the required amount and had $20,000 left to withdraw. I verified myself and they pretend they have a VIP sector and because mine isn't high enough they can only pay out $500 a week to me. They are a nightmare to deal with. The first 2 $500 withdrawals came through and since then they have "randomly" picked my account to do a thorough verification process that they can only do twice a year on any one account and the process takes 7 Days. So after the 7th day I went in to see if the money had been processed, as I refuse to spin even 1 more with this disgraceful casino, and my account was locked. They take on average 3 days to reply to a email and it's usually a smart arse comment saying they need more information.
