I than start the process of providing all my details and documents to verify my account so I can withdraw my money I have won. Than I try login and my account has been disabled. I try make contact with them and I receive an email that states: Hello Scott, We hereby inform you you that our system has detected inconsistencies in your account 's********' and we have discovered behavior that violates our house rules stated in the Terms & Conditions of our site. Your account has been suspended and your deposit has been returned to your Credit Card, please keep in mind that this process may take up to 7 business days to be completed. This is a ploy by the casino to avoid paying me. I have read a few things online to try about getting my money but very happy to listen to any one if they can help. Scott2403
That is the only contact they made to me. I have asked to speak with a member of management but not contact has been made.
Afi4wins
That is the only contact they made to me. I have asked to speak with a member of management but not contact has been made. As far as you know Scott, did you break any of their rules? Like betting higher than the allowed maximum bet per spin, for example. Or maybe there's a duplicate account in any of their group casinos, or you have self-excluded in any one of those casinos? Any of these 'common' reasons could have affected your winnings. pinnit2015
Normally it's the max bet rule (some providers are now implementing software to stop you betting above the max) or the old duplicate account account trotted out. Seen a few with the rather vague 'irregular betting' or the low odds betting but that's normally if you're playing a card related game or roulette. Hellridah
I see its located in Costa Rica as a rule of thumb I don't play with anything located in that Country due to past issues one payout from a casino over there took 13 months to sort out telling you now avoid the place theres allmost no come back if things go bad I could fly over there walk into an office and buy a business licence with us dollars and start calling myself a casino long as I don't hire any of the locals yep big no no that one . As for your Situation Scott2403 grab all the evidence start a paper trail (Screen shots , emails , and everything else you can think of then launch that complaint I see their review there's been a few things sorted out complaint wise jump in there and make a complaint) . Hellridah
Ain't this casino blacklisted? Anything in Costa Rica Should be blacklisted theres no real authority governing them is all on a trust basis far as I'm concerned unless they have a history of payments and working things out (Up to date history) then it should be blacklisted . In order to even approach things in that country the issue has to be over ten grand in my country New Zealand for the Government to contact the embassy and investigate fraud via the Costa Rican Government . I've got nothing against Costa Rica its just the shady merchants that set up there and their terms and conditions are not subject to any commission or anything .... I guess you could imagine a smokey office with your stereotypical soldiers hanging around where a captain leans forward and says "Well we can fix things if you pay us some Us Dollars Amigo" . Scott2403
I have tried to make contact to them many times with no success. I have logged a complaint on here and I have contacted my lawyer. I really hope this can be sorted out reasonably.

culea
Sorry for my English, I am russian speaker but I want to make rewiew of this scammers 7spins.com !! to help other players never make a deposit and never play on this site! They gave me a bonus for 25 EURO with wagering x80. I played more than 2000 euro vagering. And I was on the balance of 136 Euro. According to their rules, I can get a maximum of 100. They took 36 and only 100 left in my account. I continued to play my money, which has been without wagering. I won 480 euros! I sent all the necessary documents for verification (passport, bank card, a utility bill) and sent a request to withdraw 23/02/17 03:31:29 PM but I did not get my money. support told me that I did not make a deposit and I can not get anything. although I played vagering, they took part of the winnings and left me to my 100, which I continued to play and won the 480. but I did not get my money. They are crooks. Sorry for my bad English. But never play on this site. Anybody can help me? Fiekie247

I assume then you played from a free bonus where the max cashout was 100, it wouldn't have mattered if you won £5,000 you'd still only be able to cashout 100. Have you checked the terms? You probably need to make a deposit to verify your account you'll then get your deposit back plus the 100 withdrawal. Afi4wins

Playing on with that 100 EUR, even after completing all the required wagering on the original bonus amount, will not increase the allowed withdrawal amount from the stipulated 100 EUR. A player needs to make a new deposit, to the minimum amount required and as stipulated, then withdraw the 100 EUR winnings and the deposit amount. Making a new second deposit, without taking any bonus, will then automatically put the regular maximum withdrawal amount allowed per day/week/month into play. I guess many new players do not understand this term very well, and end up blaming the casino for cheating.

Most of the Top Game /Pragmatic play casinos does not have betting limits. I know for a fact that 7 spins does not have a max bet rule at all. I confirmed this with them many times. I am regular player there and made a couple of withdrawals from deposits and no deposit bonuses. . If you won from no deposit bonus, in order to cash out you need to make a deposit. Unless you made a deposit with the last 5 days before you claim the no deposit bonus. This is clearly stated in their terms and conditions. If the max cashout is 100 euro/$ then it will stay that way. Even if they deduct the remaining balance and you continue to play the max cashout still applies. You need to withdraw the 100 and then deposit it back and then try and make money to withdraw more, but unless you do not withdraw, even after wagering is complete the max cashout still applies This is the same in all casinos. cocopop3011
catapultaudio
Argh, this 7spins place looks dodgy as ***** from what I can see and I've only spent a minute or two looking them up. I pray you get your money, but this looks to be one of those situations where you might just have to accept that you got ripped off, learn a lesson, and move on. I'm really sorry
Gilly1810
can i have an update on this? i am going through the same thing with 21Dukes- same casino group. refusing to pay 140,000 on the basis of multi accounts. i dont have multi accounts with them but i do with their affiliates- same details though. no where in their terms & conditions does it say you cant have multi accounts with their affiliates. I received a withdraw from one of their affiliate casinos (spartan slots) a week before hand with no issues. Since then all excepot one account with all of their affiliates has been blocked.
