I too received an invite and used the free chip, 300 bucks and was lucky enough to win and cash out 1,000.00 and it came (by check) rather quickly (less than 2 weeks)

Update about Posh Casino. I have finally received the only withdrawal requested. It has been almost one month after approval. The original amount was $208 and I have received just $154,50, so $53,5 have been charged as fee, around a 25% out of the original amount. In my opinion this is abusive.

Hi! I've been a lurker for a while, but I just requested a withdrawal from Posh Casino, so I thought I'd weigh in. I have three pending requests totaling $6,900:

 

1/13/2017 - Bank Check - ($2,500.00)

1/14/2017 - Bank Check - ($2,500.00)

1/15/2017 - Bank Check - ($1,900.00)

 

The live chat agent said the approval process could take between 7 and 10 days and that bank checks are preferred over wires (not sure why exactly). 

I was invited to Posh Casino from a VIP Manager at Planet 7 Casino. To be honest, I'm dreading the waiting period because Planet 7 was slow as molasses to payout. But, the clock is ticking, and I'll keep you posted as to when the payouts are approved, when I get the checks, etc.

Hi my update was given a $165 bonus completed the play through and won $660 requested withdrawal as you can see my info below received my withdrawal on 1/17/2017 in the amount of $595.85 so I was charged $64.15. Informed the Vip host who assured me that they do not charge such a fee; I inquired with my bank and they told me they do not charge for incoming wires so I'm stumped at whose charging what. I requested a refund of the fees charged and I provided them with a screen shot. So let me see approved on 12/9/2016 sent to payment processor on 12/23/2016 give or take some days holidays we had and I got my payout within 27 days that is after they sent it to the payment processor. Each players outcome might be different and in my case my frustration with Cool Cat played more of a part in me being just as frustrated with Posh. I am going to wait at least 15 business days just to be safe. the banks tell you tell you 10 days but because it is considered international I am going to hold for 15

My personal bank made the funds available the day after deposit but again I am going to allow time for my bank to actually collect funds from the issuing bank prior to touching the money

                Congratulation on your wins from Posh;RS is a good site but they too have problems with their payment processors; just like Cool cat and Posh. It's nice that you're ok with getting paid months later. Some of us are not since we don't even know if were going to get our winnings. I too was invited by a host who use to work for Ruby slots to Posh I won a small amount with their bonus and unlike you the hype I was fed was too good to be true. I think every players experience will be different and the least I can say for Posh is their payment processor was a bit quicker then Cool Cat however the host who invited me; him and I fell out because he took my right as a customer to complaint about their slow payment process and being misinformed as an personal attack on him. I'm no longer a client of Posh per my request and the fact that the host made sure of it by his behavior toward me I spend my money where I'm appreciated and can be assured that I will get my winnings. #keeponwinning

With all due respect, what you are saying might be relevant to you, but definitely not for the majority of winners at these casinos. Strongly encourage you to check the complaints history these brands are having here and you will find hundreds of proofs.

                      I'm not surprised you encounter a nasty host that is the same reason why I requested to have my account closed after the host who invited me became rude with me and upset that I had complaint about the length of time my payout was taking, and that I came to AG post. I actually was surprised that he took it personal I thought he would be very understanding seeing that I had to be diligent and aggressive as he suggested I should be toward cool cat when trying to get my money from them; but I guess he couldn't handle it being done to them. It seems that customer is not something their currently focusing on.

I also was invited to join this casino. I did and played there awhile before winning. I put my request for withdrawal in on December 9th. I got the first payout check about 20 working days from then. It cost $40 to send a check of a $1000 or more. I chose to get the checks, that would be 5 checks of $2500 each. That is what the max is per week for withdrawals. After getting the first payment I went back to the site to see if the next check was on it's way. I go to cashier and look and see that they have halved the payment to$1250. I call and ask why they say it's their processor, will only allow so much withdrawals per week. So they decided it would be better for me to get something other than nothing. well sounds like they are really looking out for their customers right. Than I asked does that mean you have to start the whole processing thing all over. They told me yes. So that means they can take another 20 working days to get that payment ready to send than there is that time too. So that could mean only getting a check once a month I said. But The VIP host assured me that was not the case and in fact after the first payment, I should get a check about every 2 weeks. I also asked because they split the payment if they were going to charge me another $40 delivery fee for the second half of that payment. YES they said and that would make getting my payment of $2500 for a fee of $80, well as I am sure you guys would do I said I didn't want that to happen and pay the full $2500 at one time. No half payments. They would have charged me $400 to send 5 checks. Oh ***** no, even $200 is a lot out of your winnings. But it's the price we pay so to speak. And it is in their terms so OK. But I never agreed to split any payments. She told me they already processed the next one so it would be $1250 minus the $40. And then she said they would not charge the fee on the next half payment. I got that half payment. And by the way both checks I have got did clear payment. But that was the last one I have seen. Now It's like this excuse or that. Our processors only can do so much. My VIP host like to ignore my emails at this point and I let her for a couple of days ,then I call. My partner says I should threaten them with the info that I am involved with a lot of this type of casino blog. And I am in a lot. But feel if I get mean or whatever, whats to stop them from not paying at all. I have kept every live chat and email we have between us since the beginning. I do recommend doing that.Just send a copy of live chat to yourself if they give that option. So now I am at my wits end I don't want to be mean or anything, but I do want to get paid. They have told me my emails some are rude because I dared to mention that another casino I play at has paid me twice in this same time period. I told her that they take 72 hours to approve and 7-10 days to deliver that's it. and they pay $3000 a week. I am putting together another email to send tonight as she has not got back to my last one when she told me"You will get payment next week but I can’t guarantee it." So here I am, I usually don't play RTG Casino because I find it difficult to win with them, But this one being by invite only I thought would be different. They got my E-Dress from another RTG casino I used to play at. Well I guess it's a wait and see game from now.

These payout processors can't just wire out millions of dollars to thousands of people daily, they all got legal limits, each one is in a different status all the time. More then likely if they are clogged up it's because your casino is hitting jackpots for people and that's a cool thing. Hang back and give the place time to pay you. Not sure about the splitting payouts thing, I know they take out all coupon money. Anyways I had a place that took months but I got paid! I can't complain to much really I came out a winner in the end right. So I recommend you don't lose a lot of sleep, be cool to the staff, and you will get paid winnings it's all legitimate or they couldn't even use the software. But they are allowed to make rules, just stick by them. Verify coupons, refuse free chips with pending withdraws, etc. Hope this helps some people in here.

So, you believe these so called payment processors are not able to process payments to thousands of players daily BUT in the same time are taking deposits from thousands of players without a hitch... Come on, we all know the truth behind all these piles and piles and piles of complaints against RTG casinos and it is that the huge majority of these operators are operating in a manner which some would call 'on the very edge of the law'.

Oh really, like 99.9% of complaints are either fake or from rule ignorance. Sure there is some bad eggs. They either break laws or they don't, just know that if you win a lot of money.. it might take you a while to get paid from some casinos. If your are okay with that, then relax and play.

Couldn't disagree more! It is in fact 99.9% legit complaints of players who got their payments delayed well over the cashout time frames stated within the casino's own terms and conditions! You don't need to be a detective and could easily find confirmation of my words by taking a few minutes and browsing through the AGCCS history of casinos like Planet 7, Cool Cat and such likes...
