  1. Dear dvsax: Good for you and congrats on your winnings! I asked for my account with Posh to be closed after quite a nasty confrontation with my Host, who accused me of threatening him. All I asked is why my Promo Codes were not being applied and inquired about the long payout times, and he got incredibly rude and defensive. Of course we want to win when we play at a casino, but I also expect to be treated with respect by the casino host and staff. (I do not think this is a lot to ask for.) This was NOT the case at Posh, and I am in no way a fake post or competitor. windyoats
  2. I want to thank everyone for the welcome and for the comments. Lesson learned! I have had many favorable experiences with The Club World series of casinos, and being from the US, I do not know of any other really good ones. Does anyone have any recommendations? I have had quite a bit of luck with Royal Ace casino, but I agree with all of the posts that the withdrawals take a long time, although I do think they have improved a bit.
  3. Hello! I am a longtime lurker on this site but have never posted. I just had a horrible experience with Posh casino, and felt compelled to write. I tried to chat with them last weekend for two reasons: the T&C link was not working even though I was logged in, and none of my promo codes were being applied to my deposits. The live chat person I kept getting named “Frank” was beyond rude and was only replying in one word answers. So I gave up on live chat and sent three emails to my VIP host as well as customer service, which were never responded to. Finally I sent another one asking why I was getting no response, and I got an email response that said, “Hey, don’t worry. We are the best in the business.” It was beyond strange. No casino has ever responded to me that way. I sent them another response telling them their customer service needs improvement and I got an email back saying they are not “lairs” and management is aware I was threatening them. (Threatening them?!?!?) The whole email was again, very unprofessional and full of spelling errors. The whole experience has been just bizarre. I am thankful I only deposited a small amount with them and I would urge everyone to stay away. They are shady and just plain…odd. Thanks for listening! Edie
