Posh Casino

I have played at Posh Casino for a year off and on. I finally made a withdrawal request for $2500. My request was approved on Sept. 14, 2018 for $2380. Now I wait for 7-10 business for the processor to do whatever they need to do. Once that is complete (around October 2nd) then it will take 7-10 business days for me to receive payment. I went to the live chat to check on the progress of my eithdrawal and how the check would be sent to me via Fed Ex or UPS etc. that’s when they told me they can’t send a check to me and they can’t send a bank wire to my credit Union. If they sent a check and I tried to deposit it in my credit union account, the check would not clear. That’s strange because I have deposited checks from Canadian Banks Drawn on US funds before . They said I would need a bank account like Bank of America or Wells Fargo who will accept international wire transfers. So I am going to open a savings account at Wells Fargo Bank and see what happens next. I will keep you posted on any other snags they may throw at me!

So how much are the members hyping up POST here actually paid?!!!!  I entered with the $500 chip and lost all in less than 2 hours never betting more than $4 per spin.  I then deposited $50 with the 375% match and extra spins to lost that in less than an hour!  Then deposited $30 with a bonus and lost that in no time too!!!!  This 1 is truly no different or better than Uptown Aces, Raging Bull, or Slotastic!!!  They all FILL YOU WITH LUXURY BONUSES OFFERS, ONLY TO TIGHTEN ALL SLOTS AS BEST THEY CAN!!!!!!!!!

I play at Posh Casino. I got the invite back in 2015, they are a group that use to belong to Slots of Vegas, that is how they got my email address and phone number. I have won several times but never cashed out until last month. I cashed out $2500., out of that they took off the top $748 because of the bonus, left me with $1752.00. I cashed out on August 22, 2018 and have not received anything as of yet. I did have a VIP call me and let me know that they were working on it 9/12/2018. Sent them an email but have heard nothing as of yet.

Hey there and welcome to AskGamblers.

Unfortunately, what you are experiencing with the aforementioned brand is the typical behaviour demonstrated by this brand and all the rest within the same group of casinos when it comes to withdrawals and namely - unjustified, unnecessary and unfair delays. :(

You must be persistent and don't give up chasing them on a regular basis and you will be paid eventually.

I received a bank wire for $2308 on Oct. 1, 2018.

I last posted a message saying that the casino sent a message on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, asking if I wanted my winnings through bank wire or bitcoin. I responded Bank Wire. On Monday the money was in my bank account. They paid within 39 days if my request to withdraw! Well done Posh Casino!!! I will definitely play there again.

So I play at POSH off and on and will share my experience with their withdrawal process and weather or not it is one you can live with. first off their time frames are not set in stone and vary, in other words just because your last deposit took x amount do not expect your next deposit to be comparable. I have played there for over a year off and on and made my first deposit request on july 2nd for 1500 44 working days later on sept 4th I received 1450.00 yeah they paid but I sent more e-mails than I want to remember as after the first week I was pretty sure if i left them alone my odds of receiving my money were slim. I will say that they could have decided not to pay me as I had played a couple tournament games which the rule for the deposit bonus I used explicitly did not allow. but they kindly let me know about it and as a one time thing approved my withdrawal. so I made I think it was three deposits after receiving the wire transfer and the next day on sept 5th made a withdrawal request for the max amount allowed via terms of 2500. speaking of terms nowhere is the timeframe for withdrawals actually listed on their website or their terms I assume so they can change as needed. during the first withdrawal the following is the timeframe I received in email from them Begin quote from e-mail "I want to inform you that our withdrawal times may vary due to processor availability, but the general time-frame for withdrawals is 7-10 business days to be approved and 7-10 business days to be sent, plus 4-10 banking days to hit your account." end quote yet in actuality it took twice as long. so I have been waiting 24 business days on the current request and it has been approved when I went to live chat to find out about it that was 11 business days after I requested it they person told me then it takes 10 to 15 days to be approved I was like oh ok so obviously the timeframes are there to allow them to delay a request I assume on what their mood is at the time you ask about the withdrawal. I will add a e-mail I received from my host they call him a vip host but I don't feel anywhere near like I am a vip so at most I can say he is a employee that deals with me. so if you win more than once there then you can expect to get this kind of treatment the only thing I changed is the sender name and sig BEGIN QUOTE"

Hello Matthew

Sorry for the delay getting back with you

As per the time frame right now we are still on delays so I could not say anything for sure on the time frames

I can tell you to be truthful it will take time

Also your account has been changed you will no longer be able to use deposit bonus

This is a decision the casino manager makes based off play

You can still play just not with bonus

Thanks

Hello,

I would like your opinion on the timeframe I am looking at on my recent withdrawal. do you think there is a chance that I would receive it in less time than my last withdrawal? is there anything I can do to make the process less time consuming? I can see waiting a couple weeks I can deal (barely) with waiting a month but over a month is just plain sad. anyway i know you don't have anything to do with the process but you have had to seen more than a few withdrawals so how long do you think it will take for my newest request, I am asking for your best guess not the times you tell all players. anyway thanks for taking time to read this and I hope you have a great day.

so there you go and unless you are the type that likes to be treated like you are not worth anything and you should be lucky they invited you to play there then I would recommend if you happen to receive a invitation to play at pos run away and don't look back. I hate the fact that for the us player most online casinos are comparable to posh unless you live on one of the 2 I believe states that explicitly allow online gaming. I blame my local and federal government for putting me in this kind of position because the simple fact is that leaving it the grey area it is hurts the american people far more than either totally barring it or allowing it. so I would like to see my local or federal government actually do the right thing and either allow or forbid it at least then I would not have to wonder if i will receive my winnings instead of hoping I will. if anyone knows of a operator that allows us players and actually pays in less than a month (preferably a week or less) please let me know because I am tired of all the not truths when it comes to withdrawls.

UPDATE

So my withdrawal I submitted Sept 5th was supposedly sent to the processor on oct 11th it's now Nov 1st and I still haven't received the wire. My host stated on Monday of this week he talked to the manager of the processor and they told him it could go any day this week. What I want to know is how can a company not know when they are going to send a wire? Why they cannot be upfront with us players most likely would affect thier Hussle. *Sigh* hopefully they will quit all the B's and send it.

My approval for the $1752.00 went through on the 4th of Oct. I had to use my sister-in-laws bank account, because mine is a credit union.  Javair, my casino rep called and said it was on its way. that is takes 4-10 days. But I am pretty sure it won't show until next week, because of the bank holiday and weekend. So until then I will be patient. But will send an email Monday if it isn't there.

Don't believe them when they say it will take 4-10 business days once your withdrawl is sent to processing. On the 11th day if you ask why u haven't received your withdrawl they will say more delays and can't give you any more info.

My withdrawl for $2480 was sent to processing on 10/25 and was told the usual 4-10 days to show up in my account. When not there on the 11th day I asked and was then told more delays. Why do they even tell you 4-10 days if they can't guarantee that time frame which is more than enough time to wire money.

You're treated like a vip as long as u keep depositing money and not making withdrawls.

They offer nice bonuses, monthly and weekly cash back, comp points and can even ask for credit to play with occasionally.

That all changes once you win and they actually have to pay you. If you win youre treated more like a criminal. They restrict you from using bonuses, you can't use the comp points you earned playing with your own money, and your withdrawls are subject to unwarranted delays and more delays. Of course we all know the real reason for delays. They want to give you plenty of time to cancel and put all your money back. Or hope you'll do something on there long list of restrictions so they can void your withdrawl. Definitely not VIP treatment. They obviously don't care about making things better since the nothing has changed for years.

Just received this email...

Hello!

I hope that this email finds you great! I just wanted to check with you and see how things are going, it’s been a while since you started at the site and any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

I  also have to  inform you that your account has been restricted from redeeming any kind of bonuses.  As it is stated when you first sign up, the company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions as convenience. This happened since in your account the winnings are way much more than deposits. I hope you can understand that by the nature of this industry, it is normal to have these situations, and as the business this is,  the company notes that the bonuses are not needed to win for you.

Please notice that as stated on our web site:

"Kindly note that it is solely the Player's responsibility to regularly review our Terms and Conditions in order to ensure that they are aware of any changes or alterations to Casino policy. Played at Slotocash. Won a bit cashed out Monday and paid on a Thursday. Very quick. Not playing Posh anymore.

And that's fair decision. After all, no one likes to wait for weeks or months to get their legitimately won winnings. :(

Sorry Afi?

No problem mate! :D

But yes, any casino like this Posh one would be lying on the bed of the Pacific Ocean by now. :p
