Bonus question withdrawal advice

Sorry for the long post, just wanting to ask how you guys would play this scenario.

A couple of days ago I signed up to a casino with a 200% welcome bonus. I deposited £75 and received a bonus giving me a total of £225 which showed on my balance at the top of the screen. After playing a small while I hit a win of £187, which was reflected in my balance at the top of the screen, I went to double check my wagering requirements is the same for the slots I was playing and went to my history statement and the bonus money wasn't on there, which confused me. It showed my starting balance at £75 and I'd played down to £60 before the win.

My own stupidity I didn't read all the t&c's and noticed that skrill or neteller deposits wouldn't get the bonus. From there I just assumed I didn't have the bonus despite it showing at the top of the screen and thought it to be an error on the site.

After a couple of days playing and more than meeting what the wagering requirements would of been had I had the bonus, my total is around £1,800.

My question is how should I play this! Even though I did deposit with skrill and according to my statement the only money used was my original deposit of £75 and none of the bonus, are they going to not payout because I deposited with skrill and will they say the bonus was activated so all winnings are void?

Or should continue to play for a few more days with what I have so it looks like I'm playing with my own money, or is that a waste of time?

I'm kinda expecting I won't get the money as I know they use anything they can not to pay, and have it in my head that all said and done I've only really lost £75.

On the withdrawal page it says I have £1800 cash balance and 0 bonus, but still think they won't pay!

Haven't tried actually withdrawing yet, just thought I'd ask a bit of advice first!

Thanks in advance for any advice and apologise for the long post! Been lurking in this forum a while and think some of the advice here is awesome!

Cheers guys!

Hi Louie and welcome to the forum

From what I've read there definitely seems to be confusion and my best advice to you would be to ask support what the heck is going on, Did you or didn't you have the bonus?

If it says you can't get the bonus with Skrill and deposits and you deposited with Skrill then you should not have received the bonus and would have only been playing in real money. However if the bonus was awarded this does confuse matters - but if this was my scenario I would asking support whether or not I am able to withdraw my winnings on £1800.

It's only them that can really answer this question as it's unclear as to what exactly happened in regards to the bonus being awarded or not being awarded.

I'm interested to know how this pans out though, do keep us updated.

I also moved your topic to a better location.

Hi louie6925 and welcome to Askgamblers

I would think you should receive your money regardless of the T's and C's for skrill deposits. If you should not have received a bonus and did receive the bonus, then its an error or mistake on the casino side, so i think its unfair if they do not want to pay you your winnings.

I would suggest you make the withdrawal request and see what happens, but i am positive the outcome will benefit you.

All the best

Trust me if its your first deposit they will audit your game play and a few other things.

May i ask the name of the casino you were playing at?

This is like a dangerous game the movie, where you don't know if you're truly in danger and yet you acted like you're James Bond. Hehe! Just kidding mate. I hope you get that legitimate payout!  :p
