We have all had amazing experiences with casinos. Some have gone beyond their call of duty and done things for us that many other casinos would not do.

 

From a free bonus to a barrage of free spins to a happy birthday gift and VIP treatment and fixing any issue that we have had.

 

But once in a while any given casino goes above their call of duty and does something that is just surreal.

 

I have had many casinos do magic for me as have u, but without a doubt this action by this casino deserves the Highest honour(USA military award) for something that happened in 2014....I'll never forget it.

 

If I were the president I would give this citation to GO WILD CASINO..

 

I don't play there any more. Been a long time.

 

But in 2014 they did something that merits the Award.

 

I made a deposit. I lost. I called and they gave me 50 Canadian dollar non deposit bonus.

30x REQUIRMENT with 1000 max cash(they never told me)

I played and played and immortal romance hit 14000 on a 6$ bet(screen shot posted on this forum)

 

I asked for withdrawal and support said 1000 max sorry.

 

Without explaining everything, they paid me 17000 balance and I still had small balance that resulted in two more 10000 withdrawals.

 

They did it for me and I have not forgotten.

For me Rivo Casino and Mr. Green. Rivo is closed now but had several big withdrawals, always processed under 12 hours. In Mr Green I have alot of deposits and withdrawals, the slots seem to have the most realistic payout and I always get some free chip when I ask on Live chat.

Good casinos but that does not deserve a MEDAL OF HONOUR ....

 

 

All that is expected.

 

This medal should be for a specific act that went above the casinos call of duty.

 

 

On another forum I read that a casino not only excluded a suicidle player after some of his emails to them, an employee literally telephoned his family and helped this person get his life back together! That's deserving of a medal of honour.

I must repeat for clarification.

 

Things we expect from a casino, honesty, bonuses, freebies, fast withdrawals, excellence in customer service should not merit this award.

 

This award should be given by a player who has experienced a moment that a casino or its representative went above and beyond their call of duty.

I announce that another cAsino has been given the most prestigious award possible..

 

On August 25th I made a deposit of 60 is dollars and received a 125% bonus from LUCKYSTAR casino which I found on ask gamblers.

 

This was my second minimal deposit at this casino and I was in no way anywhere near VIP status.

It's a good topic actually Johnny! But finding a casino / customer support agent that goes above and beyond isn't easy. It's just the same as if you go into a shop finding a member of staff that goes out of their way to help is few and far between which is why when it does it happen it deserves to be rewarded.

 

I don't have a casino I can place in this topic at the moment but hopefully I will in the future.

Like many of us, we all experience different things. Good and bad.

 

We have had amazing service and pathetic as well!

 

I have personally dealt with so many that I lost count...

 

After Two years only two casinos have earned this medal from me.

 

It is very difficult to award a casino for going above and beyond their call of duty.

 

We have all had miserable experiences so that when a casino pays us in an hour we Are ready to celebrate. But reality is casinos should pay in an hour. They should not be rewarded for that nor should they be rewarded for giving us a bonus. It's expected.

 

I hope others on this forum can remember an event that merits this award.

Congratulations to Suzanne from OMNI casino for being the latest recipient of this medal.

 

Since 2017, omni casino vowed never to reopen my account and was very clear about this account staying closed. They even stopped responding and my ASK GAMBLERS complaint was also rejected.

 

I pleaded with management to reopen the account but no no avail.

 

When I leave Canada for business, I always block certain “easy to deposit” casino accounts. I Have already been hacked so I do it for my own protection. Omni casino saw that the email that they received, it was also being sent to other casinos at the same time and they assumed I had a gaming issue which was not correct. My 1000% RTP at Omni was not enough to convince them. I have been basically begging and always got refused.

 

When I saw their new mobile site I lost it. I went crazy. I didn’t open another account or anything like that. I respected their decision.

 

This morning an email was sent to [email protected]

 

I sent it directly to Suzanne who was always professional and kind since I had opened my account years ago.

 

I pleaded my case. I explained everything without making one fictitious claim.

 

Being the professional VIP host that she is, she went beyond her call of servicing me as a player and without hesitation reopened my account.

 

A class act working for a top 3 casino.
