Problems at Voodoodreams Casino Now Fixed

Hi, I dont know if this is the right sub to post it in but i will post it here. Spelling errors will be made, im from sweden!

 

I made an account on voodoodreams and have made 3 deposits on the casino. Today i was able to make a withdrawl for 2.000SEK (around 250Euro) but they cancelled the withdrawl on the reason that i had made multiple accounts and used them for bonus abuse.

This is not true, i am the only one in my household that plays casino and none of my friends have ever even played casino at my computer. Now they have cancelled the withdrawl and banned me permanent from the casino. When i ask them about some proof of the multiple accounts i have "made", the only answer i get is that they cant give me the information about this.

Its not mutch money so i dont really care that mutch, its just that they perma banned my account for a violation i have not done and refuse to payout my winnings. If it happend to me, it will happen to someone else who might make a withdrawl on alot more then i did!
 

 

So as the title says, stay away from them when they start to marketing the casino, dont fall for their tricks!

It's good that you came out and posted your experience with this casino. The problems is that it's a new site so not many players had the chance to test their honesty and work. If you want to go through the hassle you can complain to their license regulator, but I don't think you will get any results. That's why Askgamblers is the nu.1 affiliate in the world. Hmmm it's a tricky one this. If the casino has said that you have multiple accounts I don't know whether a complaint would even be accepted. I guess our Guru would be the one to answer that question. I guess in the complaint you could ask to see proof of the multiple accounts and see if they will give it.

 

Oh actually I've just checked we don't have this casino in our directory yet!

Never heard of them, but I hope your not troubling the people here if you do actually have multiple accounts. I'm sorry if that's a harsh thing to say but it happens so much when people first show up here and complain.

I completely agree do not open play here this casino sucks and dont let you play games where u actuallu can wager with bonus money, stay away.

I have played a fair bit on voodoodreams casino, I'm also swedish and have had no issues what so ever.

Only once I made a deposit and hit on like the first couple of spins a double up and I cashed out. After I received an email saying that if i make a deposit i hafto atleast wager the amount deposited but they would let it slide this time. I received the withdrawal in a couple of minutes using Trustly.

Ended up winning €4,285.00. Took about 10 minutes from I requested withdrawal until I was asked for documents. After I sent in the documents it took 20 minutes until it was approved and the money sent to me. Very, very fast!

Sad to heard what happen to you with this casino. I cannot say if the casino is telling the truth or not because they might have other sister companies. You might just accidentally registered in one of their sister company and claimed a bonus .
