ValDes
Hi there and welcome to AskGamblers. Have changed the title of your topic a bit so that it makes a better sense, hope you don't mind. Yes, you are totally right - not reading and understanding ALL casino and bonus terms prior playing is a sure recipe for a disaster. Unfortunately, most new players realize that when it's too late and their funds are either being confiscated or significantly reduced due to some bonus and/casino term violation. The advice is pretty simple - read, read and then read again! There's a huge amount of valuable information regarding the first steps in online casinos across the internet and in AskGamblers either. Such as this one for example: How to choose an online casino safely - a beginner's guide from ValDes! Awena and cocopop3011

Don't think I need to elaborate any more on what Valdes has already said. I just hope you'll take onboard your mistake and next time you can have a success withdrawal. I had a look at their terms and noticed the following : 12. Until the play through requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 5 EUR/GBP/USD/CAD/AUD, 50 SEK/NOK. If you placed $5 bets then you should be fine and they should not be confiscating your cash at all. Or did you bet higher than $5?

cocopop3011
Thanks for the edit, and it does suck especially since it was my first experience online so back to land based casinos i quess Online casinos can be a lot of fun you just need to make sure your entering into something which you are crystal clear what you can and can't do. After all it's your hard earned cash you're spending!
raverbabe
Very harsh to have to learn this lesson that way - if you had only placed one or two bets too large you may of had a chance to get the decision reversed by support, but if you hadn't actually read the terms in advance its likely you will of made a large number of such bets and so will have to accept you fell foul of the rules this time. If your going to play with a bonus these days you MUST be sure to have checked all the terms, including any general promotional terms as well as those for the specific bonus you are claiming. If that all sounds like too much trouble just skip the bonus altogether and play with your own funds.
