Does anyone have experience with payouts at Gamblezen Casino? I’ve been waiting almost a week; first, they asked for my ID and a utility bill for address verification—that part was approved fine. Then I had to wager my €20 deposit three times—done. After that, I submitted my Skrill account details, and I’ve been waiting four days for confirmation; live chat keeps saying it will be quick and they’re working on it. The casino has a good rating on AskGamblers—do they just want me to play through my money? It’s not a huge amount—€130—but this is a casino rated over 9, after all.

I have played there for over 4 years and they processed my withdrawals in less then 72 hours most of the time. In the beginning they would take 72 hours. 

Getting yourself verified takes time if you submit your documents during the weekend. So if you sent your documents on Thursday/Friday expect to be verified before tuesday. And after you get successful verification email send an email to kyc and ask when will payments happen?

As usual, I cancelled the withdrawal and played down to zero, and suddenly my account was instantly verified.

Stalling: the majority of online casinos are guilty of it.  Of course it's something they can just deny, and since some players get quick withdrawals, you will get mixed testimonies. Less likely to face this stalling bullshit when the amount is small, but still happens.

I've even had live chat  pretending to have had connection issues and not responding for hours (conveniently when I brought up withdrawal after finishing wagering). Always super quick to respond about anything else, of course.

I don't know Gamblezen from personal experience but generally, slow payouts aren't nescessarily intentional stalling by the casinos. A lot of them simply don't have that much manpower/that many working hours and only pay out so and so often, say every Wednesday and Friday like one of the casinos I am currently using. 

Whether that's good enough for a demanding customer this day and age is another question but I think it can be unfair to automatically assume there is malignant intent just because the payout takes its time.

yeah yeah but this thread is about Gamblezen and their way of doing business. also check out 12play on trustpilot and they got such bad rating... a lot of angry reviews on there bout em.
