Not that the 500pts matters to us forum users but the other AG site users it means alot for loyalty redemptions.

I didn't receive the promised coins either; at first, they sent a message saying they couldn't locate me. I filled out a form with my details, but I still haven't seen the coins...

Hi and welcome to the forum btw! Your coins have already been credited actually and should be in your account. Please check and let me know if you don’t see them.

Not yet. Next update - end of the day. 

I have also gone back till June 30 to check a single reward of 500 tokens and nothing was there on the list.

@cocopop3011 I've checked my Timeline and there is no such transaction! If there was, I would certainly have seen and read the notification.

Guys - I’ve checked! When we manually credit your account with tokens they don’t show on your timeline. But all coins have now been credited to your accounts.

So we all just have to assumed that it has been credited - that's okay by me, because 500 Tokens doesn't make much difference to my total.

When are you going to start using your balance afi? Has there not been a bonus yet that lets you use Skrill? I know this is the biggest issue for you isn't it.

@cocopop3011 If there has been even one offer for me, I would most probably have used it, but so far, not even one bonus offer is given to me!
