Delayed cryptocurrency withdrawals Bet-Football withholding funds with no clear explanation
I have been playing at Bet-Football (an Orbit Exchange partner) for about a month.
Until now, I had successfully completed several withdrawals, including amounts of a few thousand euros. The longest withdrawal previously took around 3 days, so I had no major concerns.
Currently, I have approximately €10,000 in my account. I submitted three cryptocurrency withdrawal requests:
€2,200 – pending for 7 days;
€2,000 – pending for 3 days;
€1,000 – pending for 2 day.
The oldest withdrawal has now been pending for several days without any explanation.
I contacted customer support multiple times. Every response has been almost identical. They keep telling me that there is a delay, that my withdrawal is "being processed," and that they are "waiting for updates." They cannot provide any reason for the delay or even an estimated processing time.
To be fair, they have confirmed that my withdrawals have not been rejected, but I still have no information about when I will actually receive my funds.
I have not been accused of violating any rules, my account has not been restricted, and no additional verification documents have been requested.
At this point, I am simply asking the operator to process my withdrawals or provide a clear explanation with a realistic timeframe.
I will update this review as soon as there is any progress, whether positive or negative.

@a2706329 Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Since the casino has not rejected your withdrawals, nor accused you of any breach of terms, therefore the best thing you can do now is to be patient and give them some more reasonable time. It may be a delaying tactic on their side, but that is a common thing with many casinos.

that's sad. Try reporting their platform now. Also try checking out cashy. I saw on x that they have a justice. I think it's worth it to try since it's free

The payment was made on the 12th day of waiting
I don’t know if it made a difference or not, but I sent loads of complaints to all sorts of addresses

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to mention that I am currently experiencing exactly the same issue with Bet-Football.

I have been a customer for more than 7 years and have successfully completed many cryptocurrency withdrawals in the past without any problems.

However, my latest cryptocurrency withdrawal, for close to €4,000, has now been pending for around 9 days.

Customer support keeps telling me that there is a technical issue affecting multiple withdrawals, that my request has been escalated, and that they cannot provide any estimated timeframe.

They have not rejected my withdrawal, they have not requested any additional verification documents, and they have confirmed that this is not an issue specific to my account.

I hope, like the original poster, that this will eventually be resolved, but I wanted to confirm that this does not appear to be an isolated case.

I will update this thread as soon as there is any progress.

My friend I have 35,000 usd on status pending, I have 17 days of delay, i’m chatting to support everyday 3 times a day, my withdrawal was ordered on 19th July, they say that is provider’s problem, then I have to wait and wait

Are they still responding when you follow up? If not, you can try checking out Cashy. They have a Justice Fund to help players with unfair situations, and they’ve shared posts about helping players already.

That's correct. They have repeatedly told me they cannot provide any estimated timeframe.

They are still responding to my emails and live chat messages, but the replies are always very similar. They keep saying there is a technical issue affecting multiple cryptocurrency withdrawals, that my case has been escalated, and that the delay is related to their payment provider.

They have not rejected my withdrawal, they have not requested any additional verification documents, and they have confirmed that this is not specific to my account.

At the moment, my withdrawal has been pending for about 10 days, so I'm hoping it will be resolved soon. I'll continue to update this thread if there is any progress.

I visited cashy now, I see they have a limit of 10,000usd. I will wait two days, If Bet-Football don’t pay me then I will separate my case in parts, I have many withdrawals , one of them is 9,900, I will use cashy for that
