How long for a games provider to verify wins?

ive never had to have a large win be verified by the games provider , as ive never had a large win before lol

 

how long does it take them to do this , been a week now and i just get the same reply , we are awaiting an update from the games provider :-(

I am sorry to hear you already have to wait that long but to be honest, I don't know much about this matter.

 

I have never went trough such verification process myself.

 

Now I would like to know more and if I find out something I will be back to you.

To be able to provide more accurate feedback we will need to know as much as possible about the particular case. What do you mean by 'large win'? Does it refer to some random jackpot? What is the name of the gaming provider in question? Etc etc ...
