I need advice. One of casinos where I like to play I set my deposit limit £40/day and loss limit £150/day. So yesterday I deposited £40 and played NetEnt game Pyramids and was lucky and won over £600 in total bets. The issue is that the loss limit didn't work, I lost about more then 400£. I talked to casino and they gave me 85 complimentary free spins with minimum bets and I didn't win anything from them, also they raised that issue with technical department. What should I expect, should they return my losses because they software (loss limit) didn't work? Thanks.

loss limit always refers to your deposit. not to a session´s winnings... so it works right... 

 

you better request a withdrawal of 450 next time and let them flush it so you cannot reverse. ;-)

For me it doesn't make sense then, i thought loss limit is for bet losses per session.

Well, it all depends on what the particular casino stipulated about the Loss Limit feature they have implemented. It could in fact refer to either your session OR your deposit amount per certain period of time.

Also from most complaints i read upon regarding these loss limits issues, most casino's have the loss limit placed on deposits, however there are some casinos that offer loss limits from your session.

 

As Valdes has mentioned depends what is written in the casino terms. Also did you read their terms regarding the loss limit feature?

that would be a great idea to list imho... when it refers per session, including former winnings would be very interesting to try out...
