Hi guys, I need advice. One of casinos where I like to play I set my deposit limit £40/day and loss limit £150/day. So yesterday I deposited £40 and played NetEnt game Pyramids and was lucky and won over £600 in total bets. The issue is that the loss limit didn't work, I lost about more then 400£. I talked to casino and they gave me 85 complimentary free spins with minimum bets and I didn't win anything from them, also they raised that issue with technical department. What should I expect, should they return my losses because they software (loss limit) didn't work? Thanks.
