Virtual visa cards for gambling

Is there anyone here who uses or knows about trustworthy virtual visa sites? E wallets are becoming really expensive to use as my local currency is taking a hit due to the strengthening USD. A virtual visa will be a bit cheaper for me so if anyone  knows about a few sites please let me know.

Maybe a wise card or something, it lets you hold other currencies and use it as a debit visa/mastercard iirc. I have not used it myself.

What does this mean for my Wise account?

You can only make and receive transfers related to gambling if:

• You're not residing in the United States, Canada, Indonesia, Israel, Malaysia, Norway, Japan, Romania, Singapore, Türkiye, and the United Arab Emirates.

• The sender and recipient of the gambling transfer are not located in any of the countries listed above

• The sender bank or recipient bank is not located in any of the countries listed above

• The currency sent or received in the gambling transfer doesn't belong to any of the countries listed above. Therefore, gambling transfers involving USD, CAD, IDR, ILS, MYR, NOK, JPN, RON, SGD, TRY and AED are not allowed

• The gambling provider involved in the transfer is licensed in the country in which your account is registered

Not wise. Too much hassle. I had signed up on wise but they ask too many questions.

I did it in 2022 and can't remember it being that bad, provided ID etc ofcourse but given you get a debit card in return thats normal.
