Kenzo84 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago So, an employee from @PragmaticPlay has introduced herself here to answer questions from the community!? Ridiculous! I personally informed PragmaticPlay—via email, contact forms, and other channels—about dozens of incidents in which casinos are illegally offering their services in Germany and operating without a valid license. Under German law—specifically the State Treaty on Gambling—this constitutes illegal gambling! From PragmaticPlay: NO REACTION, NO RESPONSE. The matter is simply being ignored and "waited out." This is happening despite the fact that German law explicitly states that, in such cases, the bets placed and the casino's terms and conditions are null and void! In other words, this establishes a legal claim for the player against providers like PragmaticPlay! Yet, even here in this forum—despite multiple attempts to elicit a response—there has been no statement whatsoever! Current examples include 2up.io Casino, Betbolt, and Wolf.io—and what does Pragmatic Play do when informed about this? That’s right: NOTHING! Under German law, this constitutes active participation in illegal gambling! Quote
Afi4wins Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago @Kenzo84 What kind of response are you expecting from Askgamblers regarding your post/s above? Askgamblers cannot do anything against any providers that break certain country laws or restrictions - that's not within Askgamblers scope of services. Quote

And why, then, is a PragmaticPlay employee assigned to your portal specifically to answer questions from the community? Why is no statement being issued regarding such fundamental issues? And is your portal only there when everything is going well??!! …Deliberate fraud, illegal gambling—and this despite the fact that PragmaticPlay was informed of the incidents (all of which is fully provable)! What is a portal like AskGamblers for if such fundamental problems are evidently not allowed to be addressed? Or is a provider like PragmaticPlay somehow untouchable—able to flout every law with impunity? A provider that advertises "fairness" on its website—yet fails to respond to dozens of inquiries regarding matters like this? For instance, the employees at Betbolt are—demonstrably—active players at that very casino! How is such a thing possible? Are we really not allowed to question how the largest game provider views matters like this? And why the provider is aware of these incidents yet does nothing about them? Quote

Who exactly have you reached out to about this please? Quote
Kenzo84 Posted 3 hours ago Author Posted 3 hours ago Hier ist die Übersetzung Ihres Textes ins Englische, optimiert für formelle und rechtliche Korrespondenz: Nice, and thank you for at least providing a reply. I first contacted Pragmatic Play regarding Shuffle Casino in 2024/25 via their contact form and the email addresses: [email protected]; [email protected] There was no response from the casino (which, following my email, blocked its services for Germany "due to licensing reasons"). Neither Shuffle nor Pragmatic Play replied. In this case, Shuffle Casino even illegally promoted its own token in Germany and offered it for gambling, violating BaFin regulations. The account was then simply blocked despite holding a balance in USDT and tokens. Dozens of inquiries sent to both the casino and Pragmatic Play remain unanswered! The exact same happened with 2up.io and betbolt. In these cases, the casinos even explicitly confirmed via chat beforehand—upon my inquiry: "...are you licensed in Germany and is gambling permitted for German players..." (video proof available)—that "...they are fully licensed." I also contacted Pragmatic Play via their contact form (recorded on video) and the aforementioned email addresses -> no response. The same applies to wolf.io -> here, the account was simply blocked after requesting proof of a German license! In the case of Betbolt Casino, it can be proven that their own employees play on the platform -> "arjhatescash" functions as both a chat support representative and a player account. This person then acts as your support contact for inquiries -> naturally, also WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE here. Now, to my actual concern: I never intended to harm Pragmatic Play—on the contrary! I always thought and hoped it was a fair and reputable company! I merely expected Pragmatic Play to clarify these incidents and mediate! 1. Shuffle Casino demonstrably offered its services illegally in Germany back then (the service is now blocked for Germany due to licensing reasons, which proves I am right). Therefore, the service was clearly offered illegally by the casino in Germany. Under German law and existing court rulings, all Terms and Conditions, agreements, provisions, AND ALL BETS ARE VOID in this scenario (claim against the provider). I offered the casino and Pragmatic Play a settlement proposal dozens of times (with proof) -> to reimburse 20–25% of my losses. Total damage approx. €20,000–€25,000 -> NEVER a response from either side. 2. Betbolt.io Casino: Here too, prior to registration, it was asked (demonstrably, on video) whether German players are legal and if all licenses are held. Damage approx. €12,000. The chat was contacted here as well -> the employee and player "Arj" never replied! I have dozens of chat logs as proof for this as well! 3. 2up.io: Similar to Betbolt. Despite confirmation of being fully licensed -> no proof was provided upon request. In the chat, one is even ridiculed and mocked! Upon making inquiries, you repeatedly receive the automated question "Do you have any other questions?"... Emails remain unanswered. Damage approx. €10,000. Based on German law, I would therefore have the option to sue Pragmatic Play due to the void bets! This was never my intention! I simply wanted fairness! And to have at least a portion of the damages reimbursed. Furthermore, there are apparently dozens of casinos offering their services illegally in Germany, and Pragmatic Play seemingly fails to question this or willingly accepts it! This implies a systemic issue where illegal gambling is tolerated by Pragmatic Play, and inquiries regarding this matter are simply ignored. Does a reputable company that highlights fairness on its own website act this way? Quote
Flatzem888 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I can say that shuffle is now also blocking more countries. shuffle got strict this year. Quote
Kenzo84 Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago Yeah, strange, isn't it? Shuffle discontinued its service for Germany—and other countries—exactly two days after I sent my first email! And yet, even before that, it constituted illegal gambling, operating without a valid license! The fact that they subsequently suspended the service for "licensing reasons" proves that I am in the right here! My access was blocked—along with my funds held in USDT and tokens! It is absolutely outrageous. And to my inquiries: NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE! So what good does it do me if a casino operates illegally—and then blocks its services and fails to respond to inquiries? Here, too, I contacted Pragmatic Play dozens of times via email and their contact form! And, naturally, once again—no response. Quote
Flatzem888 Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago wait why didnt u cashout your funds before you started telling things to shuffle ? Quote
