I think 1000eur across 5 prizes on a 10eurocent minbet slot is reasonable, someone depositing 100eur with a 100% bonus would have a reasonable chance of getting their money back beating 5th etc(2000 starting bets to beat ~313x) yet theres still complaints about 5 prizes. 

AG is competitive for prizes, the bigwin leaderboard style comps are not for everyone.

I too don't know about the history of Tsars Casino but in my view most important point is withdrawal especially in case of big win. About Tsars Casino I have an account in it  but I am sure it is  reputed and trustworthy casino.
