Playing slots - luck or ability?

I don't know guys... Sometimes have that odd feeling that in fact my 'ability' or gambling experience is more like an obstacle rather than as an advantage when playing slots. I mean, the more and longer you play, the bigger your expectations and demands will be and that is not supposed to be a great news necessarily as it could easily evolve into greed and what I know from my personal experience /yet again :D/ is that greed is definitely not a good advisor when gambling.

I think you need both, skill and luck. Sometimes and playing the same game in the same way you get profits or simply go broke, but I actually believe that having a strategy is better than not at all.

 

I also think it is advisable not to deposit all your e-wallet money all at once, so you will have another day to fight.

 

Now, when it comes to strategy even though I don't have a certain way I play every time I guess we all have our own ways of playing which could be called our 'strategy'. I definitely need to change mine since my luck is at zero and its taking the fun out of it then!

Regarding this, I would say you need a different strategy with every slot since all they have different behaviour, hence I think the first strategy to adopt is to know it profoundly the game you are going to play, and yet this does not guarantee you will emerge victorious. Just my opinion.

 

By the way coco, you are not the one currently complaining about luck, for me it has been the same story this year; it is as if my dear Ladyluck had gone on vacation to South Pole. I need her back right now!

What a healthy type of discussion! 

I have a question, what if the person knows how that slots or any other casino games works? He end up breaking the algorithm behind that skimpy wimpy casino games or glitches from that casino's software!? Does we considered it as a skill? So the result the ability/skill overcome the luck cause by definition we can't control the luck right? What do you think guys? That's mind boggling for me.

Well its like this everything is controlled by a random number generator so things are random in nature 

that said people have different theories on Volatility , Hot Games , and Theoretical Systems of Smart 

Betting. 

 

Me I test bet ranges and scope for repeating win frequencies and wait for something sizable to hit then 

increase off the back of it by a certain percentage ...for instance if one was to hit a win of say 30x increase 

the bet by 100 percent 2.50>5.00 e.g . 

If a win hits and pays 100x the bet try increasing the bet by 500 percent ....test games its like fishing sooner 

or later you will find a paying game sometimes its hot sometimes its not according to those meters which 

personally I think are over rated.
