Not paying out

I placed a £100 into spin and win account. Was given a £100 bonus

After a few days I was lucky enough to get it up to almost £7000

I then withdrew the amount less wagering requirements

A few days later I got this

Dear Alan,

We are contacting you regarding your recent withdrawal of £6,808 which was requested on 14th Feb 2016.

As mentioned on our promotional terms and conditions, upon completion of the wagering requirement of the 3rd deposit offer a maximum of £500 will be transferred to your real balance.

However, it was noticed that due to a glitch on the system you were able to cumulate an excess amount from the use of the bonus money. Our terms and conditions state under point 9.4 that ‘Where a manifest error, game error, mistake or system failure results in an incorrect real funds or bonus funds or loyalty points being awarded, the incorrectly awarded real funds or bonus funds or loyalty points or winnings derived from such credits shall be removed from the player account’.

As such, the necessary adjustments have been performed and an amount of £6,308 has been forfeited from the account leaving a balance of £500 which will be processed to the payment method on file.

Thank you for your understanding and should you have any queries, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,

SpinandWin

Can anyone help please

Hello Insomnia4 and welcome to the forum.

First of all I have to say - WHAT!!!

So the maximum you can win from the bonus is £500! What a complete joke.

I've checked their terms and conditions and unfortunately their terms do indeed state the following

  1. All bonuses will become playable once there is no real money remaining and they can only be played on all Slot that do not have a progressive jackpot. In order to keep any winnings generated from those bonuses, you will need to produce a total amount of bets worth 30x your deposit and bonus value. So if your first deposit is £20 you will be given an extra £20 to play with. You will then need to make £1,200 worth of bets before your winnings can be kept up to a maximum amount of £500.
  2. Upon completion of the required wagering conditions, the initial bonus amount will be deducted from your balance and remainder of winnings up to a maximum of £500 will be transferred to your real balance. For example if you were given a £50 bonus and had £200 in your balance upon meeting the wagering requirements, £150 will remain in your balance and be withdrawable.

Reading the terms is a requirement if you using bonus money, there are always restrictions and being aware of them prevent you from being disappointed.

Some casinos do have auto bonus cash removal but unfortunately it's not in your case, anyhow congrats on your winning.

I know now but if they had adjusted the amount when it reached £500.

That would have been on day one

I would have still won a lot of money by the end of the week.

I trusted them.

Would they have gave me £500 back if I had lost the lot after that.

In an ideal world this would have worked great but I guess we don't live in an ideal world yet. However harsh it may sound it is a matter of not checking the bonus terms on this occassion. However I am very sorry that you've had to lose all that money and all I can offer as a condolence is the best of luck in your future gameplay, and remember to check the bonus terms before you play.

ridiculous bonus (100%) tight to that kind of limitation is awful.

that is waht i think about, when i complain about a casino-managements spirit.

like that 6x deposit amount wd-limit for some microgaming places.

I would not advice to play there without a bonus...

i would advice:

avoid those weird operations at any cost. especially when they are tricky hiding those rules - far away from the bonus-t&c. that is extremely immoral attitude. you cannot trust people like those.

thank you for sharing that evil experience.

(of course it wasn´t reduced after meeting the wr, because the casino management was hoping you bust it when trying the gambling icarus - the forfeiting scissor is always at hand if you try to withdraw more... as they demonstrated...)

they could use the slogan:

spin at full risk - we limit yor winnings... that is such an annoying turn off.

It's a wise thing to do if you just read the terms before you play regardless which casino you play at. If necessary, take a note (write down) on the most important things so you don't have to search for the terms again. It's also be wise not to claim the max bonus cash (€1000 for example) because there are always time limit attached to the bonus cash. The time limits could be various from 1 day to 1 month and sometimes longer.

That is why there are so many gambling forums across the internet, AskGamblers being one of them. You have a question, need an advice or simply would like to share some of your good or bad run, be our guest and feel free to post here. We are always ready to give anyone here a helping hand.

Reading, remember that word. Reading is what most online gamblers hate to do most and that is why we have thousands of complaints on a yearly basis. Had you find some ten minutes and read carefully all the relevant casino and bonus term, I can guarantee you will avoid 95% of all possible casino traps and future troubles.
