cocopop3011 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 Hey guys! As you all know we have been running our contests pretty much the same for a while now and it's really helped to get more people involved. Now it's time to change up the contests every month. I already have someones idea down for a one off bonus buy contest - but now is your time to tell me what kind of contests you want to see. For example - points based, selected slots, exclusive premium member contest idea etc etc For March we will be having new style AG Contests so please reply as soon you can so we can get these rolling Quote
Blackjax Posted March 2 Posted March 2 I believe selected slots or theme based contests are great options. We can also have a comp like accumulator. We get a chance to post our highest hit every 2 days and by the end of 10 days or two weeks the person with most points from those 5/7 entries wins. But you can't repeat your slot. cocopop3011 1 Quote
Flatzem888 Posted March 2 Posted March 2 put a little twist on what slots can be used in adjacent contests, so if you used a specific slot to get a placing in the previous 2 contests, then you can't use that same slot in a current contest. this means players will have to grab another slot for a contest instead of a stale groundhog day where people just resort to their slot repeats. for example contest #1 you used a screenshot Sugar Rush Super Scatter that got you placed into the money and contest #2 you placed in the money with a slot called Sacred Stones and then a new contest #3 arrives and here you will need to avoid using a screenshot for the slots from contest #1 Sugar Rush Super Scatter and contest #2 Sacred Stones) and thus you will play any of the other thousands of slots and use a screenshot for those cocopop3011 1 Quote
loceff13 Posted March 13 Posted March 13 Some cheaper cost of entry ie 50x or higher qualifies for random draw with a single entry per person rather than bigwin leaderboard. Gives the people without as much money the same chance to win the big prizes too. Quote
Potatohead Posted March 25 Posted March 25 @cocopop3011 Any news regarding the best in 100/200 spins contest? If needed: I can provide you a clean layout with some screenshots and how foolproof it is, also a rough estimate in how much more KPI in terms of posts there should be (so we could also use the bigger price pool for this contest) Quote
Blackjax Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago @cocopop3011 recently an issue was raised regarding @loceff13 playing at a casino after depositing in crypto. His balance was in CAD which is one of his picked currency. And everything seemed legit on his part. According to terms we are allowed to play at crypto casinos but screenshots should be in Fiat. @Afi4wins was trying to enforce a rule that depositing in crypto is also not allowed. Are we going to follow this? How are we going to know if a person is depositing in crypto or not? The only way to do this is by checking everyone's deposit history. Quote
loceff13 Posted 24 minutes ago Posted 24 minutes ago The issue is I played on a casino that lets you deposit crypto and hold/play it as crypto onsite hence it's invalid. Essentially while I was betting 10c CAD equivalent it was an actual bet as LTC on Gamdoms backend. At any time I could have withdrawn it as LTC as it was still LTC. I had my win, contacted live support as Gamdom has no gamelog onsite(apart from their own titles) and in the 15-20min since I won a small shift in LTC price meant the Gamdom support provided proof of a win 4c CAD lower than my actual win(live conversion from LTC). I figured it out that it was likely invalid and pointed it out as I'm not trying to mislead/break the rules here. I don't have an issue with a ruling that it was invalid. Even depositing 'real money' on Gamdom it's probably possible to run into the same issue(but less likely), ie you deposit 100EUR and select CAD to play with(could be switching between USD, NZD, AUD etc). Hit your win in CAD(which is live converted from deposited EUR) and a day later request a gamelog which is calculated on the live EUR-CAD price where now theres a difference like I had. Its mostly an issue on casinos where you can change currency in real time and theres a delay in obtaining a gamelog. The vast majority of casinos that accept crypto use payment processors that takes the players crypto and gives the casino real money which is then credited to the players accounts as real money. The source of funds has no impact in this scenario. Quote
