Zioliern
IS there in USA any organization (except cour of law) that can help you to fight casino for justice? For example recenty I`ve read the story when one man won $35000 and casino said that they can pay only $5000 a week.. They didn`t give him money at all and then said that this transaction was rejected. And according for internal terms and conditions all responsibility about money transactions belongs to player.. So they didn` pay hiim his money at all.. We understand that the simply real reason is that casino didn`t want to play hiom his money,. so they find out the method to do it.. IS there aaany organozations which can resolve this questions? partyhummel
Awena
Hello! We cant really know what was the issue in this particular case unless player published evidences and prove he is saying the truth. Take for example AskGamblers,I am not sure if you know that anyone can submit complaint against casino and here is the link Zioliern http://www.askgamblers.com/submit-complaint-p47. I think before publishing complaint and getting into the action to fight the players rights,Askgamblers stuff will make sure that player complied with Terms and Conditions! AskGamblers solved many complaints but cant make miracle to happen.Because we have blacklisted casinos that one should never consider as the place to play. Each casino have weekly and monthly withdrawal limits and all this info you can find under each casino listed in AG! I think the last option is to complain to the authority who issued the license to the casino. I hope this help and Valdes is the right person to answer this question . toddyb, partyhummel and ValDes

The player may just said the casino won't pay me but in actual fact it's down to the player breaking the terms and conditions. That is just an example. Regarding if there is somewhere the player can escalate this, yes there will be depending on the licensing jurisdiction.
