General Casino Terms One account per player We allow only one (1) account per person, household, e-mail address, credit card etc. If more players wish to use the same account, exceptions can be made after proving the identity of all the connected account users. Thumbs Down - Tricky term. What’s the point of more people using one and the same account in case they could prove their identity? Isn’t it going to be much easier to create their own accounts? Players from the below countries cannot register an account with Sugar Casino: …. Vanuatu, Yugoslavia, Zambia, Zimbabwe Thumbs Down - Yugoslavia does not exist as a country on the European map since 2006 as far as I remember. More info here - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yugoslavia If multiple players wish to play in our casino from a shared computer environment (dormitories, fraternities etc.), we strongly suggest they all contact our support before making multiple accounts to avoid unnecessary security procedures. Thumbs Up - Absolutely, doing so could save lots of future troubles indeed. In special cases, usually to prevent money laundering, the cashier will reserve the right to pay the player’s withdrawal via any method even if the player requested otherwise. Withdrawal requests to credit cards which are not refundable will be either issued to an e-wallet of player’s choice or via Wire Transfer or Bank Draft. In this case all processing fees are player’s responsibility. Thumbs Down - The term is vague, leaves too much room for different interpretations and allows cashier to send payments using the preferred method for casino instead player’s preferred payment choice. Due to restrictions of the payment processor the minimum withdrawal amount processed via Wire Transfer is 500 €/$/£. For transactions within EU the minimum withdrawal amount processed with Wire Transfer is 100€/$/£. Maximum withdrawal amount processed to a player is 10.000 €/$/£ per week. Sugar Casino finance department may take up to two (2) business days in order to process the withdrawal, after all the requested account verification documents are received and confirmed. Thumbs Up - Have seen much better withdrawal conditions, however I appreciate when casinos state such information in a clear and unambiguous way. Shall winnings made with the help of bonus shall not be successfully withdrawn within 45 days, from the first withdrawal request, they will be voided. Thumbs Down - Tricky, vague, confusing. Needs serious clarification. In the event that the Sugar Casino deems in its sole discretion that you have been taking unfair advantage of any bonuses or have executed any other act in bad faith in relation to a bonus promotion offered on the site or by support operators, Sugar Casino shall have the right to block or terminate your account and in such circumstances, Sugar Casino shall be under no obligation to refund to you any funds that may be in your account. Thumbs Down - Not quite fair and true. Casino must supply enough evidence to prove their accusations and actions afterwards. Winnings derived from bonuses used in a fraudulent way could be voided by the casino, but deposits… I don’t think so. Eventually, a formal complaint could be submitted in front of the casino’s licensing authority and a successful outcome concerning the confiscated deposit amount could be expected. And then, reading down the list of terms we came to... Players from the following countries are not allowed to open a player account and/or place any real money bets in the casino: United States and its territories:United States (US), US Minor Outlying Islands (UM), US Virgin Islands (VI). Thumbs Down - Confusing, to say the least. If an account is left inactive for 30 days, a 5 €/$/£ per month inactivity fee will be charged to the account for administration purposes. Thumbs Down - No comment! All requested deposit limits will be monitored by support and handled manually. Once the player reaches the desired limit, further depositing will be blocked. Support cannot prevent the player from making a single deposit that exceeds the desired deposit limit. Thumbs Down - Misleading. Still wondering if the casino can or cannot handle deposit limits on players? Sugar Casino reserves the rights to change the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. Terms & conditions are in effect as soon as they are published on this page, but will never retroactively affect the bonus promotions. However, it is the player’s responsibility to check the terms & conditions regularly and prior to claiming any bonuses and making any bets in Sugar Casino. Thumbs Up/Down - Up for the rule that terms & conditions changes cannot affect player retroactively. And a huge Down for all the rest. General Bonus Terms & Conditions Players have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In the case of automatically credited bonuses, players need to contact customer support after completing their deposit to have their bonus removed. For both automatic and manual bonuses, players need to contact Customer Support before any bets are placed and wagering commenced. Thumbs Up - Simple and clear, I like it. Players are only allowed to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of 10x the original deposit when the winnings result from playing a deposit/reload bonus. Any additional winning credits will then be forfeited. Thumbs Down - Huge minus for obvious reasons. I agree with everything you stated here and I can agree with winningfly- they send out way too much spam. I read their terms also and was shocked to see 5€ inactivity fee just for 30 days! Seems like it's better to just close an account there. And that 10x deposit max cashout is just ridiculous. So often I get to win with small deposits, but here, if I would deposit 10€, max would be 100€. I really hope that players will read this/ or carefully read their terms because otherwise they will experience juge disappointment. Great job Guru! Yep so true,i was 16-17 years old and that happened in 1992,i do remember it very well,although many casinos except Sugar Casino have Yugoslavia as a country to register,very odd indeed. Thanks Valdes for clarifying their T&C and what i hate the most is the maximum cashout from first deposit if you make an withdraw.Well a bit late ,I already played there,lost it all,so i guess i have to pay them penalty if i don't show in their casino in the next 20 days.....yeah sure... Whaaaaat??? That's one of the most ridiculous terms I've ever come across!!!! 30 days? one month?? I've already asked them to close my account after the incident with the free spins I mentioned in another thread and I'm glad I did now! Not great terms at all!
