Casino cruise pending

I have 22000 NOK pending in withdrawals since yesterday, my account is verified and one day is not a long time but my problem is this:

 

I set a 1000 NOK pr day limit. When i deposit i have to use fundsend. But fore some reason thats in euros... So i tought 120 euros was ruffly 1000NOK but the currency has gone up so it turns out it was about 1240 NOK. Then the deposit was deducted fro my card, but didd not show in casino account. After allot of back and forth with support they tell me they add the funds and i must withdraw them. Then i can deposit again 1000 NOK. 

 

So i do this and redeposit 100 euros ruffley 980 NOK. Then i was told sorry the system counted the first deposit... This deposit is also voided and i will have to wait untill tomorrow to be credited... Seriously the worst CS ever!!! Then i look at my pending withdrawals and lo and behold that they prosses the 1240 NOK deposit i requested to be cahsed out after about 10 minutes, but they leave my winnings pending...

 

Why cant they prosses it all?

 

And also yesterday shortley after i cahsed out i get this mail:

I kinda feel like they are trying to bait me to reverse. I mean come on if they prosses one WD why cant they prossess them all? Also looking at the complaint section here im kinda worried.

Thanks. I will wait untill tomorrow and see if it is prossesed. They told me max 48 hours. The problem is i tought the deposit limit stopped me from overshooting the limit. Kinda weird it let me deposit to much and then they ask me why i didd so.. My casino account is in NOK but i have to deposit in euros... Kinda confusing to me.

 

The limit should have blocked the deposit if it was over the limit. Not deduct it from my bank account and then tell me to wait untill they can add it to my account. Or in this case let me withdraw it but not play. And then they told me to redeposit 1000 NOK or less and i didd, but apparantly their system counted the first deposit that they sent back to me... The issue i find weird is that they prossesed the deposit that i was told to withdraw instantley, but left my winnings pending.

 

But i will see tomorrow.

Yes, there is no chance in ***** im reversing this WD. I got my mind set on spending it on something else than gambling. Reversing never ends well either.

Yep, that's the best way to think! Spend it on something else not gambling. Let us know if you have an update on your withdrawals today. Also did you PM the rep after? Did you get a reply?

I pmd him, no reply he has not been online since may according to his profile. But they have now sent my payment. I think they just have a 48 hour pending periode but they just wont admitt it.

 

Now im going to take a break from gambling since i got all my recent losses back and then some.

Ok... Now its enough. I have submitted a complaint against them.

 

They told me yesterday they approved my WD. But the withdrawal of my deposit came to my bank account the day after. I checked my bank this morning..No money.. So i check my casino account statment it says prossesing...So the winnings have not been sent by them.

 

I ask them what this means. They now tell me that it has to be approved by their risk department and they dont work weekends...

 

Nr 1: its friday morning regular buisness hours.

 

Nr 2: I didd not take a bonus, and i do not have mutiple accounts.

 

What the F is going on here??

 

Never been treated so bad by a casino in my life.. If i get paid it will take over 1 week from i submitted the withdrawal request.

Hmm, seems like you posted a complaint against Casino Cruise yesterday, but then requested it not to be published because you informed our support you have been already paid... Now you have another complaint posted, but is it regarding the same issue or it refers to a new withdrawal from Cruise?

Sure, no problems. Just let our Support Team knows when you are convinced /totally/ that you want the complaint to be published and we will take care.

 

However, sincerely hope that your issue is about to be resolved in the meantime, without the need to go through the official complaints status. :)

Valdes does not like when I say things without justification. It's been a while. Let's just say they called me at home at 11:00pm, everyday for a week. When I deposited, a few times, I fought to get bonus and I won't comment on the gameplay. Just A miserable experience

 

Mate, 

 

It's not ValDes who doesn't like when you throw serious accusations against casinos without a single reason pointed out, it's the whole forum community here. As you can clearly see even in this topic, luckyloser managed to justify his statements although he was not only frustrated by the delay of his payment, but trying to resist his gambling demons at the same time...
