The Brand New AG Loyalty Program is Live!

I know some of you have already had a hint of this a few weeks ago, but today our brand new Loyalty Platform has launched! 

AskGamblers Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program has launched across the AG site, not just in the forum. However, as forum members, you'll receive extra points for your activities in here.

You will see three loyalty levels 

• Bronze 
• Silver 
• Gold - You'll get priority support, including having your complaints and reviews prioritised! 

Some of you may already be in the higher tiers based on your past activities, and of course, the higher you are, the better rewards you'll get! Stay active across our site to earn points or tokens. 

Your points will never expire, but you can also earn tokens, which can be exchanged for prizes and rewards. 

How to Earn Points

As long as you remain an active member of our community (e.g. write a review, use our complaint service, post on our forum or share a winning screenshot), your lifetime points will stack up.

Now all you have to do is see how many points/tokens you've racked up (if any so far) and see what you can exchange them for. 

All questions regarding loyalty can be dealt with from this topic. So please, go and explore and then come back and tell me what you think. And please let us know if you manage to grab some rewards or prizes!

Yes that all looks correct - you are at Silver ranking,.

I was thinking I should have more points but then I saw the points breakdown system. You get 100 points for casino review and complaint. So I see why I have only 2000 points.

But  I replied you above and I got 50 more points. So now I am thinking my points should be way more. I got 50 points for one forum post and I have 6847 forum posts. So I should have 342350 points for these posts.

I have a question regarding points. Have all points already been awarded for all our activities or are they still being integrated?

They will be rewarded from today onwards - so you have been given immediate Silver level instead of Gold based on your previous activity on our site, but you can now work towards gold based on your activity from today onwards. I hope that helps.

Okay, got it. Now I get it why my timeline had only 50 points for forum activity.

Yes. I have 4 deposit bonuses available for 200 tokens. One of them is from dragonslots.

I think its kind of odd to list the deposit bonus code but still have the button to claim the offer to take you to the site, seems like players can work around that without wasting their existing points claiming some of the offers.

 

I would also like to be able to read full terms before spending points on it too, will be frustrating to claim bonus offers then find it has unfavourable terms after the fact. Like if I spent 200 points only to find out withdrawal cap is 3x deposit etc those points are wasted. 

 

I think some exclusive casino signup offers would be great. not so interested in ones for existing casino members unless they are 200%+

@loceff13 please can you confirm if the button to claim / click the code is useable or is it greyed out? If clickable please can you share a screenshot as it shouldn’t be?

@cocopop3011 I just compared the store bonus to the standard bonus and they are literally the same. Why would we spend our tokens on something we can get for free?

My offers(Claim for 200) are all Blue/clickable because I have 300 tokens, I redeemed the dragonslots one to see how it worked and it claimed it and greys out the remaining 3 as I only have 100pts now etc. 

 

I don't see an issue posting this(with bonus code listed) given the code is listed on the public AG page(ie viewable when logged out on AG, not sure why we would redeem in this situation given it's already listed on AG and not exclusive to rewards).

 

I redeemed the dragonslots bonus to see how it worked and it went fine, I think there could be a redemption history feature where you have the casino link clickable again incase you close the tab/don't complete the signup etc because as it stands if you don't complete the signup it's wasted points and you can't get back to that link.

I also don't know if we need a notification in 'others' about 50pts every comment, can it be opt in/out of notifications for this?

These codes should not be available on the normal AG site for everyone to claim and they would only work if you claimed the bonus via your tokens? So someone without tokens cannot claim that bonus and the code would not work for them?

I’m just asking the team for you now. Sorry for the delays it’s just I don’t work on the bonus side of things so I do need to relay these questions but bear with me and I will come back to you with answers

You can manage loyalty notifications in the notifications section in your profile, let me know when you manage to find it

You can view your redemption history through the timeline in your account but unfortunately we don’t have a clickable option there if you didn’t sign up. This is why you are promoted to click twice before claiming the offer to make sure that you definitely want to claim it. However the team have taken your feedback on board regarding this, thank you

Can you please grab me some screenshots from the main site and store to show me which offers are the same as we need to look into this
