No bitcoin site has ever asked me to upload docs. but I tried & they were all rejected. Another thing is every other bitcoin site the withdral site is instant not 24 hours. Indeed, 24+ hours for a bitcoin payment is too long, considering the fact that it actually takes seconds to complete... However, calling chat representatives idiots is a blatant example of bad manners and totally unacceptable. If you believe your rights were somehow infringed by the casino feel free to submit a complaint a against them.
