Over the last 6 months, I have been monitoring our premium member activity and have seen a lack in engagament, specifically to posts from me when asking questions regarding feedback, announcements, general questions, etc. Including a lack of engagement when new members post. As a result, the team and I will be reviewing the eligibility to become a premium member, and this could affect entry into our future 750 EUR contests. 

I will announce any changes in the coming weeks.

I scrolled through and looked, and it turns out you've been running contests, tournaments, and all sorts of perks for years now. I thought you were offering casinos, registration bonuses, and even accepting complaints. I've never gotten this far on your site, and I wouldn't have gotten there if I hadn't received an email about the loyalty program. But now I'm here and discovering new areas on the site.
