I have been awaiting a withdrawal from an online casino  for weeks. Verification is being made nearly impossible and I am getting the same responses repeatedly. 

I am new at online gambling and am not sure when the right time to submit a complaint is.    Should I continue to resubmit over and over again ?

@Fisherpryce Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Has the verification been completed or still in pending mode? Has the casino given you a valid timeframe for the approval process to be completed?

Is the casino listed here at Askgamblers? If yes, if the verification process has also been completed, and a definitive answer has been given to you by the casino, then you can use AGGCS to file a complaint.

Verification is still pending .  It's been 72hours since the last resubmission.

I am being told repeatedly that it will take 48 hours. ( been going on for weeks.)

Not sure if the casino is listed here but I have seen resolved cases for the casino in question on this site, as well, I have seen the ask gamblers logo on the casino site.

I am very concerned with doing this the right way....  I have over 30 000 in my account with them . And have not been able to withdraw anything since 2024, due to Verification.

As I stated earlier... I just want to do this right. Mr. Bet is the casino

I'm sorry but there's no Mr. Bet listed here. There was Mr Bit but casino has closed down since.

Well that's not good. I read on one of the posts that the casino has a response with ask gamblers site and found a few resolved cases.  Though, it may have been a while ago. Thanks for checking.
