Hola!

I made a deposit of 100$ at the WildTornado casino entering a promo code MEGA. Deposit was accepted and I opened the tornado box to receive a 10000$ rewards! Going to my account to activate the bonus I found a rewards of 100 FS  instead of the 10000$. Check the bonus history, the 10000$ is nowhere to find! The 100FS is register as the rewards for this specific deposit! 🙀

contacted the support…. With a SCREENSHOT OF MY REWARDS OF 10000$

it’s been 24h

no sound no light…

Hi and welcome to the forum - can you post the screenshot of the reward here please?

@Gogab It looks more like an info error to me. No casino would ever reward you with $10,000 for nothing, certainly not for a $100 deposit. The 100 free spins is most probably what it should be.

But what does the C$ mean? Do you have the terms and conditions?

C$ probably means canadian dollars. Assuming he is playing with canadian currency on that site.

@Gogab do you have the screenshot of the promotion email or the list of prizes offered for the promotion code or the bonus terms for this offer?

This looks more like an animation error. If you had 100 fs in your account then maybe that was the original prize. But if you have the list of prizes available for this code and it says C$10000 as top prize then you should file a complaint.
