Well guys, today I received an email regarding my withdrawal from that mega win and I was told that I breached their terms and therefore my withdrawal of €700 was cancelled and the winnings is confiscated. It was stupid of me for not reading their terms because when I signed up the term I breached wasn't there, it was years ago so I never given the thought of reading the terms all over again.

 

This is how it went.

I was given 18 free spins no deposit required from the Christmas calendar and claimed it, won a fairly good amount, I played Bonanza for a couple hours and finally managed to win big as you can see from the screenshot I posted here, then I decided to make a deposit to increase my winnings and to clear the wagering easily. I made a small deposit of €20 and to my surprise I was eligible for a couple of bonuses and I took of them. I played further and end up withdrawing a nice sum of €700. The next day I got message from them that the withdrawal has been cancelled and my deposited money has been returned to my account but the winnings from deposited money is confiscated since I breached the term 'Skrill deposit does not eligible for bonuses'. First I was mad then I counted to ten and searched for this term, and yes it was there, number 8. So they were in their right, I didn't even argue about it, I admitted it was my own fault. There's something I do not agree with, that's they also confiscated my free spins winnings which in my opinion has nothing do to with the deposit bonus. I think it should be returned to my account and the rest they can keep it.But since the free spins winning is larger than the deposit winnings they simply declined this and the decision is final. When a casino says this, I won't bother to continue to argue with them about this matter.

I filed a complaint against them about the confiscated free spins winnings and I hope I they will returned it but the odd is very slim I think.

In my experience, casinos that not allowed Skrill or Neteller for bonuses have some kinda bonus block that prevent bonuses for being added when the deposits were made via Skrill or Neteller but clearly they do not have this. I guess I gave this casino too much credit for granted.

You should have known that Caddell group of casinos do not allow bonuses for deposits via Neteller and Skrill, but being human, I can understand your error and I do sympathise with you matey! I also sympathise with your girlfriend for not getting a new laptop...and also for you again, for not getting a good roll-over from her, hehehe.

 

Anyway matey, it's a bitter lesson we all have to learn one way or another, but I do hope that my instincts and senses will keep me out of such issues.

Short update regarding my complaint against the casino who confiscated my free spins winnings.

MGA has contacted the casino this morning and about half an hour ago I received 3 e-mails, 1 stated my withdrawal is beeing processed, the second e-mail stated the money is on it's way and three, confirmation from Skrill that I received funds from a merchant.

Wow, they can be lightning fast if they have to.
