What’s the thing you don’t like about online casinos?

When they ban you from a promotion, claiming abuse (no real explanation), even though you already invested time and money into it.

This happened to me a recently and I won't be slotting nearly as much now. I was only banned from one promotion, but why would I put in any time and money into the others when you will just take it away from me (again, w/o justification, I'm clean as a whistle).

I don't like the long process of document review and long waits for payouts at the casino.

you mean banned from getting deposit bonuses?

Do you have any examples of casinos that have banned you for not being profitable to them? I think this is something that happens very rarely because of "the house always wins". Was it from live play, or did it involve slot strategies now widely considered bonus abuse?

I've only been bonus banned. Never banned entirely. In sportsbooks it's pretty common, though. Perhaps not an outright ban, but instead finding your bets limited to like 1 EUR.

I don't think a long KYC automatically means they are stalling but of course some are. Many casinos feel like they are set up, and then after a while just run by themselves more or less, with staff/the owner just checking in every few days to sort out the manual work.

no some casinos closed my account becasue i simply wasnt profitable for them.

i play very disciplined and look for +EV situations, selecting the right bonuses mixed with the right promos etc...

in the the last year bwin closed my account because of that, making the total number 4 or 5, i remember ultracasino too.

have to check some old mails or notebook to find the others.

 

thats something thats not too rare imo

Ah, yes bwin. I recall now getting kicked out from there back when they were Bet & Win, must be 20 years ago soon!  They're notorious!

Hmm Ive been "banned" for getting deposit bonuses but never heard of casinos closing accounts altogether.

Unfortunately the long KYC process is becoming too common on most never casinos which I absolutely hate
