Winpalace refusing to pay after a big win

Drmanka

Recommended Posts

I won $30,000 on WinPalace playing black jack, I had deposited over $4000, they claim to pay $500 to $3000 depending on player class and how frequently you deposit.  They stopped paying me after three months of paying $500 every ten days, the lowest amount possible and time frame as listed on the terms and conditions.  While waiting to be paid i dwindled the money down to $13,000.  I got my first cash out in late November and for december and january they were paying out $1000 a month, not great but I was patient and could live with it. Today Feb 17th they dint pay after i had requested on the 3rd. When went to see why, they said the payment was declined because i haven't deposited in a while.  Now, why would i put money in when I am waiting to get paid and have $13,000 in the account? this makes no sense, they say it is in the terms and conditions #26. I read them and they say they have the right to refuse payment anytime at thier discretion.  Basically what they are saying is you can put in all the money you want, if you Win Big good luck getting paid.   They will delay the pay out time as long as possible and then just claim you havent been depositing.  Nothing in the world more crooked or corrupt than this, I can attach the chat logs if anyone wants to see them.

Hi,Drmanka! Well it doesn't seem right, maybe you should open a complaint here, on askgamblers? They just stopped paying because you didn't make a deposit there?  But I am not shocked, I haven't played there for a very long time but I can see they have an enormous amount of complaints and low rank.

In your case I would open a complaint and would try to fight for your rights.

First of all, hello and welcome to the AskGamblers forum.

I can see you have already submitted a complaint against the aforementioned casino. Your case will be reviewed in 96 hours, so please, have some patience.

Thanks for your responses, yes it seems very shady to me.  If I had money in there why would I have to deposit more to get paid what I won? also, they said I haven't been playing enough on there to get paid, which again is a lie, I have been logging in and playing.  Seems they are hopping I just lose the rest of it playing so they don't have to pay me anything.  I got this response this morning from the finance department which pretty much speaks for itself and how this casino is crooked.

Hello,

Please kindly note that we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has drastically decreased.

In order to withdraw further winnings you should play more in our casino.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

In case you have further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us or visit our website to check our Terms and Conditions by clicking here.

Best regards,

You can use the money to buy a windows PC and play at other casino's :D

I never played at RTG casino's because of their bad rep. I always google the casino first before joining them.

At this moment there are a lot of great casino's with marvellous service and fast payout and most of them are powered by NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n'Go, Playtech, WMS, IGT...and none of them has 1 single RTG game...you do the math.

Same thing happened to me. I guess I should feel lucky because they have paid me $27000 over 18 months but have just refused to pay any of the last $10000 that I have won. They said that I need to deposit money in order to withdraw. I had the exact same thing happed over at Loco Pand where I won $14000, they paid $7K and then said I needed to deposit again to receive any more payouts. I deposited $140 and got a withdrawal of only $280!! This seems pretty suspicious since both Winpalace and Loco Panda have given me the same response in the same week! I have filed a complaint for Winpalace and we will see what happens but players need to take note of the same casinos coming up with complaints and not play at them. I hope you get your money!!!

I hope it works out for you.  But this type of behavior gives online casinos a bad reputation.  And really, if you won, they should pay you the entire amount in one lump sum rather than installment payments.  It almost seems as if it's a tactic to get you to play more and lose it all back while waiting.

Almost?! Nah, I don't think so.  :nea: After all, we didn't blacklist Affactive /which WinPalace is a member of/ for nothing, if you know what I mean.

Hate to read what exactly? How some unscrupulous casino operators are giving the runaround with payments to their customers? Or that we think that's terrible and decided to blacklist them?

LOL!

I am not sitting at other forums, but read news sometimes, and i know that winpalace is no go casino for anyone who do not want troubles :) Of course hate to read how players can not get their winnings and even own money from casinos...

My word, that is the dodgiest thing I have ever heard! We won't approve your withdrawal because you haven't played with us enough recently ?! The only explanation I can think of for this is that possibly you made a big deposit and had a large win, then tried to make a withdrawal before cycling through the entire deposited funds at least once. If thats the case, try and be sure to play just your deposited amount and not a penny more, then get your cash out of there and say goodbye. I've heard a lot of bad things about this casino anyway!

Don't know what you have heard, but both Affactive and RevenueJet groups of casinos have been closed last month after an arrest of their owner/s. Both groups have been blacklisted by AskGamblers several months ago despite their efforts to solve most of the their complaints with us.

Thanks pal, that made for interesting reading. Sorry for all the poor people who lost out through these rogues though.

In the name of objectivity, I must mention that there also lots of big winners over the years across casinos within both aforementioned brands who actually managed to get their money. Yeah, it was a painful and time consuming process most of the time, but the truth is that most of them got paid in full eventually.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if any of their players would ever get their money sitting at the accounts or already on its way at the time of the closure of all these brands. :(

When I read the original complaint I ask myself how can a player who deposits his honest money be made to suffer in this manner.

The signs were there regarding this casino. I would have never deposited here after reading reviews.

30k is a year salary for half the world. A lot of money.

I feel for you.

My only suggestion.... Next time read the reviews before you play anywhere.

Win palace has so many complaints on here and other forums. Really sad.
