Mostly just session time limits and reality checks. I don't like hard deposit/loss caps because sometimes I'm on a hot streak but reminders help me not lose track of time

I find time alerts or reality checks to be very helpful. It is so easy to lose track of time when you are focused on a game, especially during long sessions. Having a pop-up every hour reminds me to take a break, stretch, and decide if I actually want to keep playing or if it is time to stop for the day.

I think EVERYONE here should be proud of themselves and pat themselves on the shoulder for being disciplined and responsible enough that the only responsive gamble tool we use is ourselves.

Yup, I've seen countless of people lose all they have due to gambling, ranging from personal experiences down to forum after forum.

I'm just glad that in my country therapy for gamblers paired with a legal representative is funded by the government.

 

Way too many people, even young teenagers get drawn too heavily into the gambling world
