Mostly just session time limits and reality checks. I don't like hard deposit/loss caps because sometimes I'm on a hot streak but reminders help me not lose track of time

I find time alerts or reality checks to be very helpful. It is so easy to lose track of time when you are focused on a game, especially during long sessions. Having a pop-up every hour reminds me to take a break, stretch, and decide if I actually want to keep playing or if it is time to stop for the day.

I think EVERYONE here should be proud of themselves and pat themselves on the shoulder for being disciplined and responsible enough that the only responsive gamble tool we use is ourselves.

Out there in the real gambling world, many are dishing out trucks full of cash purely for their gambling hobby or needs. Even the not-so-rich gamblers are playing by the suitcases full of cash, hoping to get those life-changing huge wins!

Do we know the % of the losers vs the real winners? No, we don't know.

Do we know if they actually use these Responsible Gambling tools? Probably ONLY when they're in deep trouble!
