Are the RTPs of Thunderkick games decided by the software provider alone, or are they decided on a mutual agreement with the casino management? Once finalized, can these RTPs be readjusted within a pre-allowed percentage as and when the casino management finds it necessary or is forced to by circumstances?

The (Theorethical)RTP is fixed as of the moment the game has been through the certification process.

Once the game is exposed to players, no manipulation of the RTP is allowed without the approval of the relevant licensing body (MGA, Aldernay, AAMS, UKGC etc). So in practice it is impossible for us to change the RTP of a released game without risking the licence. Only in the case of a bug in the math will we take the steps necessary to fix and re-certify an already released game.

Some casinos have in their EULA a protection clause that caps wins to a certain monetary value. That is purely done to protect the casino from going broke from one lucky high roller. Such caps may have an adverse affect on the actual RTP but only in the very slightest as such wins are incredibly rare and generally only affects the extreme high rollers (those bettings 200$ or more per spin).

Hopefully this answers your question.

Aaaah...thank you Thunderkick buddy! :good:

Yes...it answered my question...but the other part remains unanswered...can I continue buddy? :D

Okaaay, so what this means is that those RTPs can actually be altered but only with prior approval from the licensing authority.

Will the adjustments to the RTP be done ONLY by the software provider or can the casino management do it themselves after getting the approval? :unknw:

For Thunderkick games, only we (the software provider) has the ability to alter the math (and thus the RTP). Doing so would be considered an incident and as such must be reported and approved by the licensing body. Any change in RTP value (let's say from 96% to 95%) must also be reflected in an update of the rules accompanying that game.
