I registred with Europlay casino with no deposit bonus of 20e. After few mins i won jackpot 6.800e worth..  I contact live chat and they told me i cannot wintdraw because i played with no deposit bonus. Ok It have sence, i just want to check.  Day after that i ask live can i get my max 100e on what they answered positive. After half hour of playing for fun with my 6.800e which i cant wintdraw someone contact me via live chat and tell me my jackpot is 4.500e and i can wintdraw that if i deposit 200e in casino. Day after that i contact them and they told me that my jackpot is noe 3.500e and i must deposit 500e (not 200e anymore) and they will remove wagering and i can wintdraw jackpot. I sad i have only 300e on what they answer me if i deposit 300e chances to remove waggering are 50/50 . So im not sure should i trust them or they just luring me to deposit 500e(which i have to borrow) and after give me some reason to not give me jackpot. And also if i deposit 500e and dont take any bonus and dont play games, can i wintdraw that amount if they dont give me jackpot or tell me about some waggering that they didnt told me before?

Tough luck bro. I'd advise you to take the 100 and leave. The rest just doesn't make sense. You took a no deposit bonus wagered it and thats it. Take the max cashout and try your luck somewhere else. I don't like euro play.

I weren't planning to deposit that money before ask for advice and you just confirmed my doubts. Every message in live chat which they send me was some game of words with me, especially cause my english is not fluent. For example when i asked them to tell me straight can i wintdraw jackpot after deposit 500e or not their answer was yes you can wintdraw your winnings. I read here complains about windtraws at Euro Play so i don't even want to bother to deposit 25e so i can wintdraw 100e...
Anyway when i won 6.800e jackpot i went to live roulette to play for fun. I played some crazy bets and In 20mins i made 19.400 euros... You should see faces of those girls, like wtf re you doing. I doubt they knew that i can't wintdraw winnings

Today i finished waggering and in few days i will deposit 25e (must wait new card, old one expired 3 days ago ) and try to wintdraw that jackpot.
