Well I’m not convinced we have run into this problem before afi to be honest, so I don’t think we’ve needed to include this rule before?

Yes you get two wins, first from drop down hits then free spins. The winning screen only shows wins from Freespins but bet history shows wins together. 

Most providers include both wins in their winning screens.

Great now I understand. I’ll have a chat with the provider, but if this is how their games works it looks like we may have to tweak the rules on this occasion. I can’t do anything tonight now but I will update the topic tomorrow with my final answer.

but isn't the easiest solution here to take 2 separate screenshots?

1 of the free spin hit

&

1 of the total winning screen

 

Those 2 added together would result in the sum that is shown in the bet history, no?

 

Cheating won't blend anyways, since the provider will check the IDs of the rounds manually.

 

If that works, just add it in pt 32, bold and underlined and no one can miss the new rule for this particular contest.

Wait so two seperate win screens are displayed? If they are then everyone should be taking a screenshot! I was under the impression two seperate winning amounts were not being displayed and that’s why people had submitted one and a game log? 
 

IF this is the case then we should be seeing two separate winnings screenshots plus the game log to tie everything together. Can you confirm this please? I can’t confirm it all with the provider tomorrow but would be helpful to confirm it all here tonight if possible.

taking one when i have a huge basegame hit along with the freespins is fine imo but taking one for a 6x hit before the free spins are played seems a bit much imo.

i hope my entry is safe, either 1631x or 1625.

only when playing on mobile can u take a screenshot of the triggering spin wins

when desktop is played then u dont get to see what u won cause it changes to you've won 10 free spins screen that doesn't show the amount won so far.

Taking a screenshot every time one hits Free spins shouldn't be too much of a hassle, if you can win some free money from the prize pot

you don't see any winnings won up to that point cause the entire screen has that blue haze...  this is on a desktop

but on a mobile it shows like this; and there you can see the amount won so far.

Okay I’m with you, so you can’t see the base game win but then once free spins is finished it shows you the win but it only shows the free spins win - got it. This does make it difficult for the contest using our current rules.

i think that most of the times it will be eg. 200x free spins win and a few x extra that shows up in the history.
