    Sad to say Goodbye

    22nd June 2014 may possibly be the start of a new life for me! Because it is on this day that I finally get a good job opportunity from an old friend of mine, a colleague and a comrade since my earliest working days many years ago. He's an Architect, just as I am (yeah, I've never disclose this bit of info about me before, until now! ^_^ ) and he just got very lucky with some new projects. And as luck has it, it turns out that I get to share a small piece of this wonderful pie too!

     

    Notice anything strange or odd so far? The number 22! The number of my birth date, as per Icy's recent post in another thread. And to break more surprising news, my birthdate falls on the 11th day of the 11th month! And if that is not surprising enough, the time was 11pm!!! Triple 11s in my birthdate, hehehe. But if you think that I'm someone special with a special mission in life, naaaah, I'm just an ordinary guy who had went through a very tough life all these years...and 2 broken marriages! If you think your life has been real hard, there's always someone else out there who's living a harder life than you. I'm one of them! Believe it or not, hehehe.

     

    After such a wonderful time here at Askgamblers, the time has finally come for me to move on and away from this forum. But you know me, my habits are as tough and hard headed as I am, so you can expect me to pop in here once in a while, whenever I can. Right now, I don't know how everything is going to be, how my work schedule is going to be like, but a lot of travelling will be involved. More time on the road for me, but thankfully, I will have my favourite songs with me wherever I go! That's another thing I can't go without. What's that? Oh yeah, yes of course, and my Lady in Red too! Hahahaha.

     

    Behind all these happiness and laughter, there's been tons of hardship, sadness and grief. Not many people know about this dark side of my life, because I'm forever on the side with the sunshine...just like the moon! My secrets remain my secrets. I don't want others to feel sad for me. I want them to be happy with me, just as I am with them, and this include all of you here at Askgamblers! It really breaks my heart to say "goodbye", so I won't! I'll be back again. God knows when but I'll be back! And just like a peeping Tom, I'll peep at all of you once in a while! Hahahaha.

     

    My new schedule is due to start next week, probably from 1st July. So I'll have a few days still at AG, to enjoy what's left there is for me here. And one of them is...writing more reviews!!!  :D Oh maaan, I shall be needing that dough for my coming trips!  ;) And I certainly don't want our devilish Queen to whip me up for not asking permission first, hehehe. So there, my Queen!  ;) As for all my Ladies here, you're forever with me, with MY Lady in Red!  :D

     

    Last but not least, my gratitude to our Guru, our Forum Heroine and our Tut Tut Lady for making my stay at AG as wonderful as one can expect it to be! Precious moments in my life!  :hi:  :give_rose:  :air_kiss:  

    ohhhh Afi ,I am gona miss you a loooot  :cray: ,buut I am very happy for you ,that you find what were you looking for,I am sorry for the sad moments ,that you had in your life,but I guess thats life,even I and all this wonderful people here I am sure had those moments,but  like we say ,somethings what wont kill you,makes you stronger and hoope that you will visit us ,whenever you have some spare time  :air_kiss:

    Excuse me, was this Afi's goodbye thread? He's never been as active in forum as after he said goodbye (not that I mind that, it's the opposite) :D

    He probably realised this place won't be the same without him, right Afi? You couldn't leave us :)

     

    When I got that job offer, I was very sure that I wouldn't have the time to be in this forum regularly, because that job requires me to be on the road practically everyday. So I thought I'd better say goodbye first while I still had the chance (before I get started on that job). What I didn't expect was the overwhelming responses from everyone here...and our Guru whipping out his two pistols telling me to come back regularly, or else!  :D

     

    So, okay, I agreed to make myself available in this forum on weekends, every weekends, and only on weekends...hehehe...until the project got postponed unexpectedly, allowing me to stay on for a month or so longer. With plenty of time on my hands, I turned to writing reviews and posting crazy messages, which I always do anyway, hahahaha, until the day when I really have to make my move to attend to the projects. Until then, I am here everyday, I make myself go crazy everyday, I make other people go crazy everyday too...  :D

     

    Leave all of you for good and not come back? Not if my hammer can help it!  :D It never fails to bring me down here everyday! What's a good trusty hammer for anyway, right?  ^_^

    Oh my! Not to worry my dear Sneha. I'm not going anywhere permanently, neither will I be leaving Askgamblers for good. I will always be around, for now, until I start on my new projects...then I can only come back here during the weekends.  :(

     

    Our whipping pistols Guru (Valdes) and our Lasso whipping Heroine (Luciana) is making sure that I don't ever leave here!!!  :D

    Not to mention the Queen (Katemak) casting spells on me if I go, and Cocopop (Sharon) offering me popcorns every now and then to make sure I don't go...  :D

    I do accept that you may be busy and you wont be around as much as you did, but you never know Afi, maybe what is bothering you do most, you wont be able to give 100 % AG as you already did,, so no matter, you earned some extra points, even more, but honestly when I saw your thread,I was like,,, what is this. So lets clarify, your staying here and will always be probably irreplaceable. :angel:  dont make that sad face please. :girl_devil:

    Well, I am always honest, either I keep my mout shout coz I have to if I dont want to start World War 3, if I speak, it is honest, I just cant leave different and yes, you are so nice person, anyway, that is good, just dont let no one take advantage of you.

    Strangely enough, I could only manage about 1 hour of sleep. Now I'm awake again, feeling restless in a way, not able to sleep as usual. Maybe it's because of the latest Malaysian Airlines tragedy (MH17), maybe not, I just don't know, but today I broke my sleeping habit.  :(

     

    Share a sleeping pill? Oh geees! I've never taken any of those before!  ^_^  Never needed them. Whenever I'm too sleepy, I just put my head on my pillow and I'm in dreamland soon enough. I bet I'll go on a 'don't write and sleep' syndrome sometime later in the day! Hahahaha. Perhaps then I can get some sleep.  :D

     

    Right now, I'll try and get some fun at Fly Casino! Whoopie! Care to join me Awena?  :D

    Cool and I'll be on a Forum Heroine hunt! I'll keep myself busy, devising a plan of some kind on how to get the comment / naughty screen from her. For now I thought of one thing........she appears whenever there are winning screens and comments them. Now how do I get that idea into a way to get to my goal? And should I plant a net trap above her just in case?

    Thank you my dear! It was not so bad, Mr Cashback and Dolphin Reef were much better today, but I couldn't make the wagering. Anyway, things are looking better now for me at Fly Casino...just waiting to start flying again!  :D
