Well I base my not liking them down to the fact I had a bad experience with their Live Help team. It was ages ago, I mean more than a year ago and my conversation with them was dealt with no professionalism at all.

 

I never say I don't like a casino because I haven't won there (I say it for slots though haha) I do have to have a reason not to like something because in real life I'm exactly the same - which is why I can be a nightmare - I like everything meaning I want EVERYTHING - which is why Valleys never has any money. Anyway I'm going slightly off the topic here, my point is I did have a bad customer support experience with red flush casino and as good customer support is one of my top 3 important things I look for in a casino this caused major issues in me liking the casino as a whole!
